National Insurance number? Is that like my SSN? I think I have one for the UK, is it the code of 2 letters, numbers and a letter?
Yes. 'Right to work' is a BIG thing for employers: a British passport with no restrictions in it should do the trick!
I don't have anything written on the pages (Except for the details page) I guess I've got what I need

    Excuse me?

If I am bothering people, please tell me and I'll go.
Riley, its a real compliment.  Actually, there is a degree course in creative writing.  Yours posts are written exquisitively.  I'm travelling along with you on your journey.  Stick at it, it's really early days.  I could be reading you've got 'young entrepeneur of the year' with your cheesecake business very soon.  Good luck.

Thank you. I am not making anything up. If anything I've cut out all the bits where I've been that home sick I've cried, Where I have been on Americans website looking at tickets to go back because at times I feel my boyfriends life would be better without me.

  • I feel for you and I know you have left a really vibrant city having been a visitor to NY on many occasions.  You really couldn't have come to the UK at a worse time, pandemic aside, we are going into Winter and our winter weather/dark nights in the UK is usually nothing to write home about.  Manchester is well known for its rainfall and that in itself is depressing.  You know very few people, you are currently without employment but you have a boyfriend who sounds as though he loves you to bits, you are getting to know his family and the cheesecake has made a great impression at the American diner.  All positives, stick at it, I am sure you will see the light at the end of the tunnel.

He does love me lots, I just don't feel I am good enough for him. Why would he want some home sick American?

His decision to make, surely? And he appears to have made it for you to be part of his life. :)
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.
