I actually have real money to pot!!!!!!  Went to my first fitness class since last March and got five lovely pound coins in change.  Straight in the pot, whoop whoop.

Hello!  I potted £10.20 last week.  I discovered the gap in the hedge those blooming ducks were getting through so it’s had a temporary block put in place and they have not been here for 4 days so fingers crossed.  I’ve ordered some more ponds plants, they have eaten all my oxygenators, and I need to pull all the gravel out of the bottom of the pond where they have knocked it to 😬. Don’t worry Ant I got some !!!!! when I mentioned I needed to do that thing of potting on seedlings into bigger pots.  Monty Don uses that particular p word on the BBC so I’ve no idea why MSE object!  Had a couple of days off after the bank holiday to paint my new shed before construction; total wash out.  I did manage to buy a lovely 1950s/60s double wardrobe for £75 from the Community Furniture Store which is coming next Friday.  It’s for Alex as he doesn’t have one and now he’s bigger his clothes won’t all fit in his drawers.  It’s a surprise for him so hope he likes it.  Wish the weather would improve, I hate wet weekends with grumpy child 👶

Well done on blocking the hole to keep the ducks out, Hetty, little perishers. Maybe they chose the oxygenators having heard about Covid!! Corny I know. 😔

With regards to the !!!!! word that MSE use exclamation marks for, at least we SPCers don't use it as an insult to others as I'd imagine a good few do here, I can't blame MSE, not really.

I hope your Alex liked the wardrobe and that it came as a lovely surprise for him. 🤩

At least the weekend wasn't too bad weather wise, especially Sunday, so long as you don't live in the south east where there were storms. Get plans ready for wet weekends Hetty so you're at least a little prepared; games etc. Enjoy the week ahead.

I agree, the mood is certainly lifting all around now that normality returns, it makes a huge difference to us all.
