I had my first NSD yesterday. I’m aiming for 12 or higher. I had to spend today to get the bits I need for the dishwasher to be fitted so I walked down to the shops and got bits to last a few days and I needed a new duvet as mine is only a 4.5 tog. Tomorrow should be NSD #2

Today I am grateful for finding thermal clothing items for dd in aldee, for doing some pruning out front and having so many neighbours go by, for finding a tv baking show where they were doing massive Cmas-themed bakes, for finding a moving-house present in the cupboard for a work colleague, for a good book.

Done very little today as my back is very painful. Pretty much any activity except walking slowly forwards in a straight line is off the agenda. Sat in the front room as thought sitting would be better than lying/ half and half but now back in my room. Lots to do and sort out so going to sit with a pad and pencil, list what needs tackling and work on some solutions. Lots of little niggles - the supplier/ packaging on some of my pills has change, making it much easier to catch them when reaching for other things on the bedside trolley and it's extremely tedious to keep picking things up or having to hunt them down. Lots of preventative medicine stuff to do to, have been reading through immune system boosting and checklists/ activities for mental health.
Thankful for u tube and music, chocolate (I ate the choc orange that was supposed to be for that day), good food.

Well that all worked out very well! The house is cleaned and mopped all the way to the back door.Baked pasties for supper after having a late lunch due to the football -we finished it at 3pm! Home made flatbreads and hummus and all sorts of lovely salady things, then apple crumble with free apples. After all that we didn't need more than a pasty tonight. All food from stores, even made my own pastry and hummus, so feeling quite smug and very Nigelladelia.Did not get round to using the saw, but there is always tomorrow!I am totally unbothered by the lockdown, because it is actually less restrictive than the 'special measures' we have had in LeShire for 120 days. I am focusing on my house, cosying up with the new (naughty) armchairs that make the room look fab, candles, and twinkly lights. I think I will be putting the fairy lights up early this year, just because they are joyful and wonderful and I love them.4/10/22One Year Mortgage Free Yay!

5 NSD so far, but spent today on things for next month & some thermal vests for me (it is very cold at school with all the doors & windows open!)
I have enjoyed the first week in my new job & loving having the weekend off. After finishing at my old job last Sunday, then starting immediately into my new one on Monday, I was shattered. Had a great time yesterday, a walk with hubby, dropping some outgrown clothes off for a friend's children en route, making soup, then removing bedding plants & planting tulip bulbs in the afternoon. Today has been spent sorting things in my bedroom. My half of the mattress is now free from avalanche items, so I no longer have to sleep diagonally in bed 😂 lots more still to do, but it's a start!Use it up, wear it out

Now up to 4 NSDs
. Today wasn't one as I bought some things to donate to a Christmas hamper at work. Went for a lovely long walk along the beach this morning, chucking down with rain the rest of the day so just spent the rest of the day reading and then watched his dark materials. Enjoying having a few days off work and not back until Wednesday so planning to spend the next couple of days meal planning/prepping and cleaning the flat. Also need to do a food shop and meeting a friend for coffee on Tuesday.

Morning all, been a bit awol. Work has been hectic so haven’t had much energy to do anything. I really must get my act together. The house is in a terrible state. But there are things to be grateful for. I am up to 5 NSD. I have managed a whole week on low carb diet. Normally I cave after 2 days. Lost about 2lbs. Going to cook supper before work to save some time, have a good dayStarting Total in September 2019 = £38287.77

Sticking on NSD 6 today as I have just transferred the money to pay for the cooker onto the cc, and I have to buy lunchbox tat for the kids for the week. I baked little buns last night, so it is only drinks, crisps and frozen sausage rolls/ pasties on the shopping list - it will not be more than £20, but still, a spend day. Still have a fridge full of lovely green and orange veg, mushrooms, and somehow a freezer full of bags of spinach - so I need to address that situation this week. Hooray for gnocchi! Have a lovely day turtles.

Good afternoon!
MIA for 2 days as at parents. Yesterday was a spend day but Saturday I clocked one up... numero 5!
Had a nice weekend with the folks with usual shenanigans with Mum but always have a laugh. Really going to try and knuckle down this week and get some jobs done that have been hanging over me for ages.
Have a good day everyone
