Hi. As we continue to learn more about individual customers and their shopping habits, we’ll try to serve them their offers in different ways and at different times to understand what works best for them. This could mean you'll see a number of possible changes each time we send you offers, such as when and how often you receive offers, as well as the number and value of your offers. I'm confident you will get some in the future and will not miss out on collecting points. Thanks, Lindsey.

I am only saving the good offers at the moment. As if I did select an item which I get a measly 10 points for and bought it, it will continue to give me 10 points. One of the better offers is 60 points for 4 pints of semi skimmed milk which I usually buy either for myself or parents if my dad texts me to get some milk after work0

I can get no sense out of Nectar or Sainsburys. Nectar people say I will get "improved offers" very soon (after initially claiming that it was a technical problem). The defensive (and rather belligerent) Sainsburys "customer care" person said that here was no change in policy or practice even though I have had no offers (weekly or otherwise) for 3 weeks.
I think I have been too successful in accumulating points by buying the things they offered bonus points on - but I thought that was the idea?!
What annoys me is that they won't come clean and explain what's going on and how I am affected.0 -
Nectar have been getting loads of people on Twitter about it and Nectar does what it always does and keep coming out with the same copy and paste thing they have been saying since last week.
something is going on but for whatever reason they are not coming clean with us about it.
in the end i think they will say that they have stopped it.0 -
Some including me are still getting offers (poor as they are). So while as you say something is clearly going on it's not affecting everyone (yet).0

Can't say the offers fuss or sway me one way or another, they always seem to be for the same thing and for items i rarely buy - wafter thin ham for weeks because i once bought some reduced, same with thyme when i was making a casserole. The only ones i use are bread, milk and bananas when i happen to be in store and need them and can't face a stop at Lidl.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

I have noticed the change this year .I am a weekly user of Sainsburys but have had NO offers the last few months .I asked why ? but just got a mumble not a real answer.I also see that they are promoting through their APP .MY phone is an old basic one that doesnt take APPS i use it for txts and phone calls to family hospital appts and taxis .So dont want any apps .This is discrimination against older people who dont always have the fancy phones .It is bad business to just give to a portion of your customers ,and not all of usI sometimes spend over £100 and get nothing NO offers .The" we have sent you your offers this week " is NO good to me as i dont have any Apps .ONE disgruntled old lady .0

I have not received any grocery offers in the app for the last two weeks. I, too, have also noticed that the offers had become less generous. It sounds rather discriminatory for this to be only happening to some customers.Maybe the scheme is costing them too much.0

I haven't had offers for over a month now and then this week I get the generous offer (not) of 5x points of my next online shop... if I spend over £170!!!!! Now thinking of changing groceries supplier (after over 20 years of Sainsbury's being my main supermarket) to one that offers better incentives and a lower minimum spend threshold for free delivery. Of note, they've also re-vamped their delivery charges so there are fewer slots eligible for free delivery.
