Sainsburys Weekly Nectar Offers have gone down in value a lot recently

  • Similar reductions for me - 10/20 pts max, except for chicken/fish.  But if you had a Sainsburys email a few months ago, with a link to print a £3-off-£30 voucher, that still works, and you can re-use it (I wasn't asked to post it into the slot).  Or if you saved the barcode image, I suppose you could reprint it.

    i agree as last few weeks all my offers on app have been for 20 points on almost all offers.

    But the strange thing this week is on my nectar app and also my wifes its saying You dont have any new sainsburys offers at the moment please check back later and its been like this since old offers ended over the weekend and on Monday.

    so could this be a sign of its coming to a end as i have never not had any new offers.

    I normally get new offers on a Wednesday....nothing this week.

    I got my offers as normal this week (Tuesday).

    As I normally have a Sainsbury's home delivery on a Saturday, I have a reminder to load my new Nectar offers to my card when they dropped on a Friday (and having to remember to load them is another conversation!!).  However, last Friday - nothing.  I contacted Nectar via Twitter and they just said they were aware they were a bit late and should be added soon.

    So now it's Friday again, and still no offers have dropped?  Have they stopped them?  They would boost my points quite a bit as they are personalised to items I frequently buy.

    Does anyone know what's going on?

    Still getting offers but very poor again.
    Now my incentive to use Sainsburys over other places I can buy the items at same prices is gone.

    The is the 3rd week in a row that myself or my wife have not had any new offers,

    Just keep getting the purple box in app saying i have not offers at the moment and to keep checking.

    all very strange and have tweeted Sainsburys but have no answer back from them.

    Well thanks a lot Sainsburys for that.

    seems to me that for some reason they are punishing a small number of customers for what reason i do not know.

    i have always used most of the offers that i got so maybe they do not like the fact people using all the offers.

    not a way to treat loyal customers who will no doubt vote with their feet.

    would not be so bad if they came out with the reasons on why small number of customers have stopped getting the offers.

    Well i got a answer back from Nectar towers after i tweeted them about it and got this back below.
