On reflection I think you are right, now I've looked at it again, but it's the style of robust 'get lost' reply that you need and you should certainly be citing the PAP, like I said.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

How's this?
Dear Mr Cook,I want the 'contract' (sign) and all evidence your client intends to rely upon. Full disclosure please, as is my right under the PAP for debt claims.Faithfully,

That won't stop them at all.
When I did a similar letter for a friend, I cited the clause in the PAP and the deadline it sets. I didn't know it, I just skim read it to find the right part.
You should be MUCH more robust with your wording and always end with what you want them to do, and by when.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

As coupon says, you must be more robust.
If you get a court claim then we enter phase two which will be very robust2 -
You should have taken my advice with the DRO email yet you failed to do so.
That would have put the case on hold for the required time1 -
I wouldn't be looking to stop them with that email, I just know for a fact that the signage on site DID NOT say "Terry Szmidt T/A Capital Car Park Control" not did it say "Capital Car Park Control LTD"Coupon-mad said:That won't stop them at all.

Use the word, "require" not "want", followed by something like "as per the PAP for debt claims, section/para N.N, in order to narrow the issue as required by the courts".
You could use Box I of the PAP from the forms to make the request.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

No as you were putting an application in for a DRO as per my previous suggestionfueboy said:
Would I not need proof of a DRO? I'm sure you'd have a reference number or something.Grizebeck said:You should have taken my advice with the DRO email yet you failed to do so.
