Are DCBL not the same bailiff company that threatened, blackmailed and bullied people on the Channel 5 series "Can't Pay? We'll Take It Away!"?
We know that they are thugs, bullies, and crooks.
Just my opinion, which I am entitled to under Article 12 of the Human Rights Act 1998. ("Freedom of Expression"). Also known as free speech and opinion.2 -

So why not use tactics to stop them?
It's not murder, drugs or anything serious, it's just a mega scam that government must cull.

Have you cited the PAP right to evidence clauses at them?
Have you saved the 'seeking debt advice/30 day hold' till last or have you already used that?
If the driver wasn't you, had you thought about naming the driver now to get this case over the 6 year line?
Have you used the letter I wrote a couple of months ago that ends with Arkell v Pressdram?
Let's say I recall the driver was my 90yr old grandfather that has since passed.. is it now passed to the keeper? Or if I remember it's my wife who only holds a provisional license and was under instruction when she was parking - will chasing her take longer than the approx 8 weeks until the "invoices" time out?
I'll research the Arkell v Pressdram, if you could link it, I'd appreciate although I'm sure I'll find it.
With the PAP right to evidence, would that be via DCBL or Szmidt? How can I even contact a sole trader if he now is the director of CCPC Ltd anyhow!?1 -

It matters not who the driver was at the time of the alleged event as long as it was not the keeper. Of course the truth must be told, but if it was not the keeper, then the driver should be named and their current address for service provided, even if it is a plot number, tomorrow.
This does not preclude the keeper from asking for information now until as per the PAP.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks2 -

You ask DCBL.BBC WatchDog “if you are struggling with an unfair parking charge do get in touch”
Please then tell us here that you have done so.1 -
