Well, if he starts to threaten to get the boys for you then you really need to worry.

Yes, the boys will contact you and arrange a place and time for you to come and get kneecapped.  

Kneecapping is very civilized these days, they make appointments before coming.

Your bank will not even talk to him. His bank would not even give it to him even if he was the police without a court order. And that is months down the line.
