Evening all, it's beginning to get dark here already.  Hope you've all had an ok day.

Today I have done dailies, cleaned bathrooms, dusted bedroom, cleaned all light switches and window sills and swept downstairs floors too.  Four walks, two with the dogs and two with DH.

About to start to cook something, not sure what yet, OH still doing his weird and wonderful menu for me each week! I now think I have the best stocked spice / herb cupboard going, but they should last for ages.

i have been lurking this week. I have done lots of flying and supervising college stuff.
it is now half term for the next week but he has three projects to work on.
i have been doing a 21 day challenge so have been eating healthily and exercising. I have lost 6.5 lbs and several cms. I figured that I can’t change my situation but can only change how I react to it.
Trying to sort my utilities as my supplier went bust so I’m having trouble finding my yearly usage so I can swop from the one I have been moved to. 
beds changed
ironing done
family walk taken 
workout and fitness test taken (I improved)
birdies and squirrels fed
Bins emptied

Kaz.. how on earth do they manage to still remind us why they are 'the ex' so long after they earned the title.
*wails* My back hurts!!!

DIL took the grubs to the park this afternoon.. OH and I drank hot tea and loaded the DW and did nothing.

I'm bored... I feel the need to do something ... maybe a bit insane and spontaneous... I might mop the kitchen. *breaks a sweat*... my back... lol

well, between us DD and I have painted the walls and ceiling of the guest roon.  She had to wear my old clothes lol...Lots of holes/tiny cracks were filled and sanded so I am hoping for smooth walls.  We shall see what tomorrow brings.  If the walls need a second coat then I shall be back in W1ckes.
SC meal was yummy and was served with rice, for speed.  DW primed now.  And I am po-fagged, as my Grandma used to say.
