  • Trouble is, even if these orders materialise, what are people going to do if they have faults or problems? Do you really trust the "warranty" or whatever similar commitment this company provides?

So it is now getting interesting..they have stopped selling phones on their website and its now heating up on TP as well with so many people complaining and providing proofs, the reported reviews have been reinstated, fake reviews seem to have stopped for last few days and there are many people people who are now in 'delivery window'. For some reason, I didn't get a window but a confirmed date of delivery on 2nd December when I placed my order. So not very long now to know if uncover the truth!
What are the odds that they have the money they wanted and have now done a runner.
Clearly they are aware Trustpilot are on to them, could also be that other purchasers have been processing chargebacks & now they seeing issues due to this (there bank will not be happy) as well as maybe their suppliers have pulled the plug due to non payment.
    Life in the slow lane
  • start asking your bank for money so that no one will receive anything, I'm 100% sure
  • Everyone, I have some bad news. Yes, they've shut down. Be sure to arrange a call with your credit card company if you've been waiting for your order like I have. We still have black friday deals to look out for! It's been a long wait, but now we all know the outcome. Good luck to everyone who'll try to get a refund.
  • And there it is. Closed down.. again.

So I wonder what will happen to all those orders that have been sitting on a ship from Malaysia and Australia for the last few weeks? (I am fairly confident that I know the answer - that they weren't ever put on a ship in the first place - and never really existed). Looks like it's time for everyone to put their chargebacks in while Mr 3pinproducts goes off on his or her winter holiday spending everyones money.
  • those who paid with a debit card can have chargebacks
  • This thread need not have gone any further than two pages.  All the correct answers and advice were provided there.

Nice to know that all our banks and credit card companies now have to bear the cost of naivety and greed.
