It might seem like that but an MSE Forum rule is that naming people (especially without their permission) is not allowed.

They are deleting the fake ones, but new ones are posted faster than old ones deleted..

I've already sent more info to Trustpilot about {Text removed by Forum Team}. He won't be able to censor honest reviewers for too much longer.
I was given a warning because I mentioned the scammer's name.. seriously? This is upside down.

It's like MSE in a way is defending [redacted].
Those are the rules you agreed to when creating your account and posting.

It's almost as if you rushed onto a website without checking a few things first.  Habit?

Even if it means protecting criminals.
  • I suggest you avoid libel.  You don't own this site, you agreed to abide by the rules when you signed up and you don't seem to have proof of criminality.

If you're certain a crime has taken place, put your money where your mouth is, call the police and take your own court action.  Then post the results here.  They might end up a better deterrent than your constant commentary on trustpilot reviews.
  • As above ... Mr. War from Spain is obviously wishing to minimise exposure. ;)

There is now hope that you will all get your products....

Apple products worth £5m stolen in motorway robbery with lorry driver tied up

So advice. Make sure it works when you get it. As Apple will be blocking all these items...

Mine is Samsung...waiting for that heist news ;-)
  • So it is now getting interesting..they have stopped selling phones on their website and its now heating up on TP as well with so many people complaining and providing proofs, the reported reviews have been reinstated, fake reviews seem to have stopped for last few days and there are many people people who are now in 'delivery window'. For some reason, I didn't get a window but a confirmed date of delivery on 2nd December when I placed my order. So not very long now to know if uncover the truth!

If I search, “Samsung Note 20 Ultra Sim Free”, on Google, their website does not appear anymore. It used to be up there in the Top before.
Checked out the website and I have noticed that their phone number is not on there anymore, and phones are no longer being sold. 😕

  • Wish Trustpilot would add an option to upload a picture or something for reviewers.

Many first time reviews which are 5 stars are kept (without the order number, which suggests it could be fake, but normally nobody gives an order number on their review).

And others less than 4 stars reviews have been reported if order number is not given (which is ok, could be fake) or they have contacted or replied by 3pinproducts.

But another concerning factor, there is no more phones listed on the website, if they are out-of-stock then why not list that rather than removing the listing (In my opinion its easy to remove listing than name each item out-of-stock, but this sends a wrong message to buyers).

People will come to know between 22nd Nov - 11 Dec 2020, if they truly receive the item they ordered.

So far the e-mail support and website seems to be active, which seems to be the only ray of hope that order will get delivered and it would be better to have a process of chargeback or refund process ready from your card provider (just in case)!
