So Oct to Aug costs about £1060 - 10 months and £106 a month average - you will have paid £600 and be £460 in debt.Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0

There's no such thing as an 'agreed fee'. All that's agreed is the price per kWh and the daily charge, assuming you're on a fixed tariff. If you use more, you pay more, it's as simple as that.Provided you send monthly meter readings it will be fully evident from the bills whether your £60 is sufficient to keep up with your usage.0

I pay 10.9p per kWh - that lot would have cost me £245 less that you've paid. If you're concerned about monthly costs, why are you with a supplier who's screwing you over?

My first home and time doing this. I had my Dad reviewed the options too. When I looked at other prices in Nov 2019 they were pretty much the same rates and direct debit options so I stuck with isupply (In hindsight I should have spent more time understanding it). Obviously I've only just received this bill as isupply have been telling me my energy usage was nothing to worry about.0

Neon Reef have been top of the cheapness charts for some time. @Gerry1 may be able to confirm if they can handle two readings from an E7 meter on a non-E7 tariff.0
