Hi Dandy, did you know the brand or model of them? I just fancy knowing a bit more about what seems like a 2nd wife stealing my money.

FYI. Just put my 1 main room storage heater on. It stayed on until 8 today. Seems to have used 25 kw of energy !!!!!!
Does anyone know the off-on peaks of EDF. I can't find a lot from EDF

    From Eon's web site
These times can vary depending on where you live in the country and which meter you have.

From your earlier post  - on at 23.40   so off at 0640

24kWh's (its kWh not kW) for a first switch on from cold sounds right.  Tonight its won't be starting from cold so you can expect less.

Cheers Robin. I'l keep an eye on it tonight. Luckily I'm up at 7am to turn it off. Worth installing a clock if the timing is out but will see if it comes off earlier. Absolute lunacy

Your heater times are driven by Eon - you don't need another time switch.

That's almost exactly what it should be. Assuming a (large) 3.4kW heater, then 7 hours charging from cold will use 23.8kWh. What's the problem?
Get up at 7am to turn it off early and you'll save about 9p...
Once the clocks go back on 25/10 then it'll probably revert to midnight to 7am anyway.
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

The lunacy im referring to is that I was under the impression I was well within my £60 agreement since Nov 2019 and isupplyenergy when I kept asking what is the -£ about on my account they repeatedly told me it was fine.... "no debt" and so I am currently in the complaint stage with EDF saying that isupply were negligent regarding my queries and energy guidance.
Waiting to hear the next step.

Nope.  Off at 0830 +/- 15 minutes, so off at 0840 if it came on at 2340.  It'll change when the clocks go back.
