Ditty same here - I've just 'felt' a bit lighter these past couple of days (since declaring my damage limitation truce) and hopped on the scales this morning to find I'm 1/2 lb under the weight I started the quarter on.  I know its not much but I put 2lbs on and kept going up/down/up/down/up since Sept.  The dread of putting all the weight back on has really been worrying me, but I felt less pressured after the truce and, after this morning's weigh in, I'm feeling more optimistic too.
Great news Sandy, I'm a slow looser, and I am now battling the weight that I have put on 5-10 years ago, so it's more stuck than the previous load. I think your body comfort/memory is a big thing to win over. So I will be staying on this forum for maintenance for a bit after I hit my targets in 8 lb. #gettingthere

Hi everyone, hi Brambling, I’m a habitual starter but long time non finisher! I went back to SW online in August and managed to loose half a stone. But for the last month I cannot get back on plan plus financially now down to one wage again it has made it more tricky. On the flip side I started the Couch 2 5k programme at the same time and now try to run well jog half an hour three times a week. I have never run in my life and now in my late 50s I love it. It’s not always easy and I’m definitely not your Lycra wearing, earbuds in jogger, I’m the tracky bottom, bobble hatted, bum bag heavy breather type😳😁 Anyway I feel healthier in that sense and mentally. It’s just the weight. Would love to join in if possible, I know it’s going to be a tricky in the next weeks but  at least I will be keeping track even if I go off course for a little bit. I would like to get a couple of pounds off before the festivities start and then onward and upward.
