Blue and Dominiquey well done in weighing you are better than me, I've pushed the scales out of sight 😬. I'll post and managed any brave weighers and maybe do some damage limitations as wellLife shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin6

Hi all, well somehow I managed to stay the same. My scales go up and down in quarters so the numbers say I actually lost a 1/4 😉but happy with a maintain Brambling. I only got two runs in last week though. Well done all us over 50 🏃♂️👏I am in awe of you all. I am however just a fair weather down the lane jogger who has fell in love with that feeling of my body actually going a bit faster than it is used to. 😁 I had really bad knees when I started and running for a minute seemed an impossibility but the C24K seemed to strengthen them and half way through my knees were never a problem. I do however struggle with my hips but I think this may when I haven’t warmed up enough or down enough.Well lovely people, have a wonderful Christmas and don’t forget that things may be different this year but kindness hasn’t been cancelled and love hasn’t been cancelled and at at the end of the day that’s pretty much all we need so if you are alone this year know that there are people out there that love and care for you and are thinking about you.❤️‘It never hurts to keep looking for sunshine’ - Winnie the Pooh8

Good Morning x
Well done on the losses and sts this week.
That's lovely Roblou 💓
2lb loss for me please Brambling, thank you. I'm feeling very focused considering the time of yearI don't eat mince pies or Christmas cake so don't have that temptation though and none of the normal meals out as everything is shut. I was really hoping to shift another pound to be 13st something to start the new year, but no doubt I will gain over Christmas anyway🎅 if I have to wade through all the goodies without visitors 😬 xx

LittleVoice said:. . . I do have one box of 6 rather nice mince pies (now stored away in a cake tin) . . .which I'll have over the Christmas period but that will still be a calorie-limiting time so no more than 2 mince pies per day while they last. I don't have any Christmas pudding, Christmas cake, brandy butter or suchlike around.
(Did have the first two warmed in the microwave and then added double cream!)4
