Old Style Weight Loss 2020 - Part 4

I’m always behind the camera so few photos exist of me. I know I’ve put on 2-3 stones this year but my brother took a photo of me yesterday, and I’m basically a cuboid with massive upper arms!
Here is a photo to spur me on...

Hope you all had a lovely day yesterday. I ate and drank plenty of lovely food but today I feel as though I want to start my diet again. Looking forward to joining you all in the New Year. Take care all xxx2

Firth I'm never sure what is more beneficial as an incentive the picture of me now or the slim down version I want to get back to? I friend annually annoys me by tagging a photo on FB every Christmas of her, my sister and me after we each lost 4 stone we're all dressed up for a Christmas meal, unfortunately we gained it all back plus some, I've spent the last two years trying to get down to that weight again but feel it should be my choice if I want if flagged every year 🙄
I'm glad you had a good Christmas Dumpling I know what you mean about feeling really to start the diet again, today I knew I need to go back to healthier eating again by the way I was feeling

Thanks, Brambling.
My sister said the wind was obviously making my t shirt billow out but she was just being kind!3 -
Frith, the camera and I are never going to agree on what I look like. Somewhere between reality and the lens the 5ft 8, slim, 35 year old vision of loveliness disappears and in its place appears an ancient old crone who looks as though she has been inflated with a bicycle pump and bears a startling resemblance to my grandmother. Well, to 5 of my grandmothers rolled into one if I'm honest, which I try hard not to be.
As to what happened over Christmas...................I am keeping a dignified silence.I believe that friends are quiet angels

Just back on to say a belated merry Christmas and am looking forwards to the new challenge. I will just start from where ever I end up in early January. I have kept up my running though and I got a skipping rope, so lots of stuff to get on with.Isa help to buy: 1000/3000 33%

Morning all, I hope everyone had a great Christmas. I thought I had better weigh just to keep aware. Monday is my usual weigh in day.....😱😳😩oh my goodness. Pastry has done for me....4lbs on. Have already put measures in place to limit the damage ongoing. Anything still lurking that I could possibly get my mits on or my gums round 😲is being packed off with hubs to take to work. It will be put in the drivers room and be devoured in seconds. Meats still needing eating up will be pared with more veg and salads and the leftover home made Christmas pud will be a treat for New Year’s Day. I ran on Boxing Day and had a good walk yesterday so still moving somewhat. Today is slippery underfoot here so not sure if I will run today. It is what it is and we have to start where we stand so moving forward will do my best to get back on track. Good luck everyone, let’s hope for a better year next year in all respects....see you on the other side.

Well done in making your mimi target over Christmas Dominiquey 👏
I'm impressed that you braved the scales Roblou 🙂 I have frozen some mince pies but have a small Christmas cake and the fancy chocolates my nephew gave me, I miss the office kitchen table where all Post Christmas naughties could be off loaded to.
I was given a soup soup maker and I'm currently eating my first batch of heathy vegetable soup which helped to offset the cake 🙄 I managed to hurt my foot Boxing Day so most of the last couple of days I've had it raised to reduce swelling
