Blue - I think it is the season of damage control well done for catching it. My aim for this week is to eat healthily and to keep moving. Which probably means go for a walk or a run every evening - will be good for me and dog. Have a brilliant week everybody :-).

Blue, you're fine.  Just keep bu&&erring on pet.

I've joined the damage limitation group until after Christmas.  I'm simply not in the mood and know when I'm beaten.  I'll come here and cheer you all on, but don't expect anything wonderful in the dieting way.

Well done all those who are soldiering on.  Respect!

Just flumble-ing in to say I've stayed the same (just about) again.  I too am in the damage limitation section and I have been trialling mince pies.  I've started with MrTs finest - I think they were cognac and rum - very nice hot, cold, with cream and without.  Today I've started sampling MrTs not so finest (not really sure but they were free with a coupon on my clubcard app) - warm with squirty cream, thought it was really nice and 100 less calories than the finest but then I had to have another just to be sure :)

Good morning just coming on to state STS for now, which is good considering lots of carbs and no exercise, have managed to dodge mince pies so far, except for a mini one for lunch the other day.

Just thought I'd pop back on to let you all know that I achieved my goal weight 2 weeks ago.

After a lot of thought I have decided not to do any further posts on here and have found another weight loss forum where people don't hiss and spit at your posts because they are having a bad day or whatever.
