Particularly after a day which started with a couple of hours on the M6, was filled in the middle by some corporate poo poo and ended with a couple of hours on the M6!

Was working most of the day, so not much opportunity, but my major 'acheivement' was stocking up on potatos - maris pipers reduced from £1.99 for 2kg to 19p (8 bags) and 500g 'baby' potatos reduced from £1.25 to 12p (5 bags) - also 1 savoy cabbage reduced from 99p to 9p!
Came home and made HM bean burgers and HM oven chips for dinner - which has gone down fairly well with the 'used to be fussy' kids.0 -

I have a family to feed and will probably donate some to my parents - but kept in decent conditions potatos will keep for a long time - we will probably go through 3 kg per week, so thats only 5 weeks worth!0 -

Glad I'm not the only one then as that's all I seem to be doing lately, sleeping on and off all day
Makes me feel terribly guilty when I read threads like these and see what everyone is doing everyday (and also more depressed that I can't manage it anymore) but at least I'm not alone here
Don't suppose I could borrow your DH to come do a few chores for me LOL! Hope you feel better for your bath though *hugs*

Then tackled the new ice cream maker from amazon and made up a batch of mint and choc chip yogurt ice cream and made up a new batch of yogurt (it is still yogging). DD sorting out her bedroom as she is about to move out again and bf is adament it is all not moving into their flat! The charity shops are going to do well this week. Our days are happier when we give people a bit of our heart rather than a piece of our mind.

Big (((((hug))))) CQ. I still have days like that and really value days like today. Trouble is I go hell for leather at all the chores and will regret it tomorrow! Oh well that's life. I have just cut down my working hours and should have rested today! Our days are happier when we give people a bit of our heart rather than a piece of our mind.
