NSD yesterday, and did my 'wellness' activies.

    My 3 N's
    - Nurture: had a lovely bath in the morning, and meditation in the evening
    - Nature: went out to the park and saw the last of the sunset
    - Nourish: Ate very wholesome food; meat and veggies and no junk

Did a 20 minute whizz around the flat, but is didn't make much of a dent in the mess to be honest...but it will.

Action for happiness: Joyful June all month - look for the good everyday - for yesterday: no alcohol, sunset and a shift in my mood, I think. Today its 'say positive things in your conversation with others.

Spend day yesterday, and did my 'wellness' activities.

    My 3 N's
    - Nurture: yoga and seeing my lovely teacher
    - Nature: Not so good, I did get out and feel the sun on my face, sloe gin- the sloes wild harvested, does that count?
    - Nourish: Ate very wholesome food, no junk, and had some lovely asparagus

20 minute whizz around the flat, did not happen - mood fell off a cliff in the afternoon.

Action for happiness: Joyful June all month - look for the good everyday - for yesterday: I stayed true and did not do anything silly, but it was close!

Today its ''reframe a worry, and try to find a helpful way to think about it"

Feeling the sun on your face definitely counts for nature in my book. ☀️

20 minute whizz around the flat, did not happen! AGAIN

Action for happiness: Joyful June all month - look for the good everyday - for yesterday: the space of the horizon, the smell of the park and seeing friends.

Gosh, I have not posted for 10 days. Finding things hard emotionally. Trying to do all the right things, sometimes not doing so.
I am still doing Joyful June, and my nature, nurture and nourish.
Up to 6 NSDs. Doubling down now for the next 2 weeks, before I go on annual leave.

    Hello, hello, hello...

I have been tweaking the budget to just get this situation moving and moving on, I think I may meet goal 2 this month, and that will feel good, but I am hungry for more. I have been snowballing and moved the focus of the repayments, to get the interest down...made an error of judgment in my plan, now rectified! I had added a pot for the commute money and will use that for debt if I don't need it, which I may not for about 3 months I reckon. It's £260 so not too shabby. Slashed the food budget too. So I am hoping debt repayment will be in the region of £1060 for the next 3 months. Bringing me very close to 50% paid (goal 4) and still focus on the Virgin Credit card to get the interest off. then a Balance transfer for the other 2 when needed to bring me to one CC hopefully with no interest and below 50% utilization (goal 3).

My favorite skincare line is having its summer promotion - I am grieving for it, but really it can wait. These are the lessons I need to learn.

June, is ok, not joyous, nature, nurture and nourish is going ok.

9 NSD's this month, definitely could be better, but there we are. That is where I am at.

I  am up to 11 NSD's this month. I have £5 in my food budget pot left!. Payday on Friday, but spending pots don't get started until the 1st of the month.

Waiting patiently for 2 more CC statements to track where I am at and see if I have met mini goal 2. Work is super busy, and I am doing my last assignment for uni - I very much doubt there will be a university course ever again; 9 years really is enough. But it really will be fun to graduate from Oxford, for my last hurrah.

Nurturing myself right now by sorting out my roots and freshening up my colour, and I will go to meditation later. Not sure Nature is going to get much of a look in, with the rain, might go out and look at my pot plants after all the torrential rain. I am enjoying the sound of it though. Nourishment is all set up with leftovers and food ready to go.

Today's joyful June is to watch something funny, and enjoy how it feels to laugh. I am still not quite at place where I can laugh but will manage a smile I expect.

Looking forward to a week off work, day trips, sewing, and walking - if weather permits.

£5 food pot, not so much! I hope you have well stocked cupboards.
I absolutely love Father Ted for a good chuckle 🙊 There’s nothing quite like priests getting stuck in an underwear department or having to kick bishop brennan up the !!!!!! 🤣
