Thanks for the good wishes abundant and lcc , the move went well and we spent last night in the new house. It is upside down and I am surrounded by boxes, but I love it. I think DD and I will be very happy here. The dog has settled in, but the cat is very unsettled-she goes out a lot and is not pleased that she has to stay inside.
Sunday has been NSD 10/15.

Today has been NSD 10! I have reached Double Figures ! Already!I did nab a few ys bargains when I went out to pick up a solid wood double bed frame for DS1 off Freecycle. It was only 2 miles away. So I only have one bed frame left to find! Yay! Progress!I have a choice of puddings in the fridge, supper is all thought out and easy tonight, and tomorrow is half term here, but I still have my volunteering to do.Just turned the heating on as it is getting dark, and the temperature dropped like a rock. Going to eat, then have a bubbly bath, then recline on the sofa. Very odd dreams last night, and the night before, Dream-Me got my own back by throwing a Bee Grenade before leaving the room and closing the door. That'll learn 'em.4/10/22One Year Mortgage Free Yay!

Hi :-) NSD 10 here. Not much else to say, except had too much fresh air this weekend and my face is burning. To be honest I have spent the whole weekend talking and playing/ in adult language walking and talking and a bit of making. And I am grateful for that.Isa help to buy: 1000/3000 33%

Had to put petrol in the car today so not a NSD. Put £20 in as that should last til the end of the month. Been trying to challenge myself to last the month on one tank (just over £40) but didn’t happen this month! The car isn’t used for work, DH has a works van and I’m a SAHM, it’s just for taking the children on outings or going to the shops etc. One positive of challenging myself to use less petrol is that I now religiously walk my son to nursery every morning which is a MUCH nicer start to our day than when I used to drive, even when it’s rainy. I do drive to pick him up though, it’s nearly a mile each way and all uphill on the way back so takes little legs ages and we are usually more in a hurry in the afternoon to get the little one down for her nap.
Had a nice family walk this morning at a riverside park we rarely go to 🙂 and the house was easy to tidy today still after my mammoth clear out yesterday so I’m still enjoying that. Made homemade playdough for the kids in the afternoon which kept them busy for a good while.Today I’m grateful for all the fantastic parks and green spaces nearby. Also for having a good book on the go (Wilding by Isabella Tree - factual account of a nature conservation project).Part time working mum | Married in 2014 | DS born 2015 & DD born 2018

Today I am grateful for people who post free workouts on t'interweb, for a mild day (though I'm very looking forward to the arrivsl of frosts), for a yummy roast dinner, for dd tidying a couple of her drawers - they look amazing now, for good coffee.

@Bluegreen143 you get to keep your NSD if it was only petrol - for safety we are allowed to fill up, just in case we end up broken down with an empty tank in the middle of nowhere in the middle of the night, or day. So don't be counting petrol!

NSD No 11 yesterday.
Some of the noisy people appear to have gone so it was much quieter last night. Thank goodness.
