@Coupon-mad. we didn't finally issue or paid for the CC, my wife refuse to ring the court, she is saying what's the point of defending a ticket if she is going to be paying to go to court and also pay for the court hearing, that she might as well just pay the parking company with the money, and forget about it. so I didn't push it, I just left it. so what on the MCOL is just a defence.
today makes it the 26th day after the court received our defence.

You are saying then that you submitted a defence - no counterclaim - and that you have received a letter with the PPC's intention to proceed, which they have done within 28 days after having received it from CCBC.
today makes it the 26th day after the court received our defence.

They have 28 days to respond but you don't know when the CCBC sent the defence to them!  Since you have received the letter as noted above, it is irrelevant and you are now waiting for a N180 (DQ) from CCBC.

OK and they are proceeding (as they always do, and they’ll say your defence is an internet template that you don’t understand, as they always do).

So the info under the red heading in the NEWBIES thread tells you what to do next and how.

@Le_Kirk. the letter says they are giving us until 26 July to pay up, by 26 July it would be over 30 days. can they still proceed after 26 July? thought after they receive our defence, they have to respond within a month if they which to proceed?
It looks like they are still trying to frighten you into paying up BUT since they have sent you a notice of intention to proceed, it seems a bit disingenuous of them to give you a payment deadline.  It seems to me that they have not informed the court of their intention to proceed.  I would keep that letter safe for evidence of unreasonable behaviour for when you ask for costs when you win the case.

I have kept the letter save. The last and only time I have been to court was for galdstone solicitors, same parking issue. I won the case, but after my defence was submitted,  they immediately sent me a N180 form requesting mediators service in it which i declined. So i am thinking bwlegal hasn't informed the court they wish to proceed. They still trying their luck.

Then they are proceeding and you must download the n180 pdf from MCOL ,  fill it in and email it to the CCBC ( which is not a court , it's a government office in Northampton ) using the ccbcaq email address , and CC the legal company in the destination for the email , so both offices receive it , so 2 email addresses , one email

Just a quick question. why is bwlegal still proceeding? I don't get it? when we go to court will the judge be asking my wife to produce the driver of the car or what? because this whole thing seems stupid to me. she, not the driver, and they still taking her to court for money.

You mean posted by the CCBC , there is no Court involved , yet , because you just named your local court on the N180 and it's not been sent any paperwork yet from the CCBC !!

Your local nominated civil court is the first court involved in this governmental process

Up until now you have been communicating with a civil service government office , same as when you deal with the DVLA or HMRC or DWP

So yes , fill it in scan it , email it to both parties , not just the CCBC , so CCBC plus b w legal
