    I'm confused.

I disregarded the typo - CCBAQ instead of CCBCAQ - and assumed you sent the Defence to CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk as suggested in the template Defence thread.

Now, just a few hours later, you are telling us that you didn't send the Defence to that address at all, but instead sent it somewhere else.

    Please clarify.

To be fair. I wasn't too sure what address to send it. So I went back to my previous defence and I did send it to 3 addresses one of them is the above one. But I got an automated email from "ccmcce-filing@justice.gov.uk" so I was assuming it was the right one. The one above didn't send  me any automated reply. anyway it has updated on her money claim online saying defence submitted.

The ccjce email address you've used is one for the Salford County Court Money Claims Centre, not the Northampton CCBC. If the claim was issued via Northampton, you need to use CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk as suggested in the template Defence thread.  But I note you've also addressed it to them as well.

Just check your MCOL history so you are sure that the one you sent to the CCBC has been actioned.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Ask the court for the right form for Help with Fees. The rules are clear if you Google it and it has nothing to do with your income, I believe.  I reckon she may qualify for not having to pay but ask!!
