Earlier Today at 12:59PM you told us...Eminowa said:we just emailed our defence to CCBAQ now, when should we ring up to pay the money for our counterclaim. we did receive an automated email from the CCBAQ, but it hasn't been updated on Money claim online yet. so when do we ring up to pay please?
Now, just a few hours later, you are telling us that you didn't send the Defence to that address at all, but instead sent it somewhere else.
Please clarify.

The ccjce email address you've used is one for the Salford County Court Money Claims Centre, not the Northampton CCBC. If the claim was issued via Northampton, you need to use CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk as suggested in the template Defence thread. But I note you've also addressed it to them as well.
Just check your MCOL history so you are sure that the one you sent to the CCBC has been actioned. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
