Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Probably because we were not able to confirm it. It's not like a Directory Enquiries service we offer. We don't have an up to date list of current, viable email addresses - we're dealing with hundreds of PPCs, a number of debt collectors, a number of solicitors and hundreds of motorists - no one here keeps a database.

the enquiries email at BWL is just a catch all mailbox. This is from the footer of their auto response:

BW Legal does not accept service of any court documents at this email address. Service of any court documents can be sent to disputeresolution@bwlegal.co.uk with the name of the court document in the subject header, followed by the parties names [eg: Witness Statement: ABC v XZY].

Personally I'd send the N180 to dispute resolution and cc yourself at the same time (always do that) so that you have proof of sending.
