What about their cost schedule (the one quoting £1,000, which was much more what we'd be interested in.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

It is quite a strong statement from a paralegal. I would submit it is up to a court to decide if getting help online to produce a defence is de facto unreasonable
Especially as their WS is usually a template itself..4 -
You also dont need to state it
They know what the MSE forum starting defence looks like by now, obviously! SAme as we recognise THEIR template WS, full of prolix and out of context court cases...4 -

I'm wondering if the claimant's unreasonable behaviour could be dealt with as a preliminary matter before the hearing starts.
Telling someone that it is unreasonable to use the internet for research is wholly unreasonable, and needs to be brought to the judge's attention at some point.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks3
