    What about their cost schedule (the one quoting £1,000, which was much more what we'd be interested in.

    It is quite a strong statement from a paralegal. I would submit it is up to a court to decide if getting help online to produce a defence is de facto unreasonable
    Especially as their WS is usually a template itself..

    you have obtained help from 21st cebtury manuscripts online and ammended / sdited them to suit your own case

  • I seem to recall Mr wilder is not liked  very much by judges his actions in county court have been mentioned before 

    ok him passing buck and blaming legal co for that email , but they have copied him in and he knows what is going on

    I'm wondering if the claimant's unreasonable behaviour could be dealt with as a preliminary matter before the hearing starts.
    Telling someone that it is unreasonable to use the internet for research is wholly unreasonable, and needs to be brought to the judge's attention at some point.
