No, the point is that you cant use the 2016 document as proof of out of time for POFA, because that document is NOT the NtK according to POFA. The doc sent "in" 2014 is the NtK.
So I assume the screengrabs abvoe are two DIFFERENT docs? THis is not clear. Be precise. You know, we only have what yuo tell us.
  • When sending my witness statement should I include the PPC documents or is it enough to just refer to them?

The PPC will have to put their own documents in as evidence with their WS.

Your exhibits should be like those mentioned in the NEWBIES thread about witness statement stage.  Are you at WS stage, with a court date looming?

By using the example WS that you were pointed to use and adapt, which rebuts everything.

Maybe, if you didn't follow forum advice.  You never showed us your WS and didn't acknowledge when we told you which example to use.

We have no idea what you've sent or what exhibits you appended or that you also got your costs assessment in.

Yes they can file supplementary statements , no they are not allowed to do this lateness , subject to the discretion of the judge , so bring it up as preliminary matters at the start of the case , asking for it to be struck due to arriving after the deadline

There was a recent court case or two on here where similar discussions were made regarding preliminary matters , find them and read the advice they were given
  • The debt collectors continue to ring me seeking to settle out of court on behalf of claimant "to save costs and court time". Becoming annoying.

Block the number!  Or, next time they phone - "everything in writing please!"

Indeed. If they are so keen to avoid court-as I told them-maybe their client shouldnt have brought the case.
