Not in so many words ,I asked them for all documents pertaining to case.nosferatu1001 said:Did you send them a SAR?
A SAR must contain all your data
Including the original NtK0 -
Hi ,well I emailed them today and specifically asked for NTK and Notice of keeper liability is what they sent back. Thanks.nosferatu1001 said:That is clearly a reminder
It cannot be "the" Ntk. "the" NtK is the first PCN they send, via post, to the keeper.0 -
In that case I have it yes.nosferatu1001 said:That is clearly a reminder

Maybe Im trying to pick holes in water here but on paperwork it list time of incident as 13:42 yet photos show it to be 13:400 -
That shows that there are issues with their timing
Why did you send a SAR? The newbies thread instructs you to do so.
Ask them for the first notice they sent to the keeper. Ask them to confirm this is the first notice
IF it references an earlier NtK, then clearly theyve ballsed up.2 -
I assumed as it was 4 years since the incident that such a thing wasnt possible.nosferatu1001 said:That shows that there are issues with their timing

What?
Are you going to accept the Claimant's word that they sent you a Notice to Keeper but they can't show you that NtK? That's very silly.
Several times since you started this thread you have been asked to show us the Defence that you filed - apparently sometime in 2018.
I cannot understand how you expect to Defend yourself if you don't know what your Defence is.
For your own use you absolutely must know, or find out, exactly what you wrote in that Defence.
Ask the hearing court to send you a copy of the Defence you have filed. Even if you don't show us, you will be severely handicapped defending your case with no recollection of the contents of your written Defence.3 -
You do realise you have to file and serve a witness statement and evidence a few weeks before your hearing? (NO, NOT THE DEFENCE AGAIN).
If you didn't know what happens when and how to do it right, you need to revisit the 2nd post of the NEWBIES thread and work on your WS & evidence now.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I again asked for the NTK and they have replied with Notice of Keeper liabilty which has same issue date as the Parking Charge Notice,0
-
To add-as mentioned in my OP- this NTK which is acrtually a notification of keeper liability according to them, states "A notice to keeper was sent X/XX/2014" 2 years prior to incident. So they seem to be contradicting themselves with NTK and not even knowing what they are sending an when.
Edit to add. The Keeper liabilty letetr doesnt offerf adisocunt fee has increased to £100.Even with my little knowledge I know you get 28 days at discounted rate.
Opinions on that?0
