4 year old PCN and a discrepancy?

Doesnt seem to be an edit feature so to continue: when I received the allcoation track paperwork I had no idea what it related to and had to get details from Jbw ;had I have filed a defence I would have known. It's puzzling.

Le Kirk as I said previously I have zero knowledge of this court claim,I have a vague recollection of speaking to claimant at time of incident but thats all. I dont have access to MCOL account,no.

Yes, I asked what a County Court Action was and was told...

Its a directions questionaire form from Northampon Business Centre Court

Apologies for confusion Ive recieved a notice of proposed allocation to small claims track form,thats a far as Im aware of this court case.Ive called JBW and apprently I filed a defence in 2018 but being 2 years ago Im not surpised I dont remember.Also why its taken so long to procedd to stage where at now  Will court send me a copy upon request?

You'll have to ask them. There have been reports of them asking for £10 to send a copy, but ask nicely.

Oh, so you are simply like all the other cases we've seen in the past fortnight with resurrected 2018 claims that were 'stayed'.

Read other threads, it saves us soooo much time. I've already written a complaint to send to the CCBC in the thread by @inasanalias to at least alert the CCBC to this action potentially being a cause of CCJs.   

I'm not replying further because I've already done all this on more then one 2018 thread, updated this past week, and you just need to read them!

Sorry for delay in posting I forgot which forum Id signed up to!! ANyway as posted  its going to court,telephone hearing due to coivd(which will be annoying im sure). I have a notice of keeper laibility which refernces a notice to kkeper (the "time travel" issue noted in my OP) so not beiung able to find the NTK I asked JBW to send me it,and they have just sent the keeper liabilty notice again. Is this technically the same thing? I repeat it states "A NTK was sent blahblahblah". If no NTK was sent then claim is invalid?

That is clearly a reminder
It cannot be "the" Ntk. "the" NtK is the first PCN they send, via post, to the keeper.

A SAR must contain all your data
Including the original NtK
