If you are at DQ stage you have filed a defence. You filed it a while back - few weeks.
Have you read the newbies thread, to see where you are in teh process - for sure, past the defence stage?
Or are you mixing up a WS and a defence? They are completely different2 -
I have received a Notice of proposed Allocation to the Small Claims track.This is the ONLY paperwork from court I have had to my memory ,although form does say "defendant filed a defence" but when this happened Ive no idea,I shall call jbw and Northampton Court tomorrow.0

When you submitted the AoS using MCOL, did you type anything in the defence box - even a full stop - because that counts as your defence? Can you still log on to your MCOL account because that will tell you the history?1
