It's too complicated to explain without everyone making assumptions and jumping down my throat.
Yeah, you gotta hate it when people make assumptions about others.

at least he is paying the rent on it and is paying for his children, Just because he has an income doesnt mean he shouldnt be housed by the council. report him to the tax office if your worried about tax but id be surprised if he is doing anything illegal.

Are you suggestion as he earns this income he should be moved out and a single unemployeed person should be moved into his flat ? hsi flat isnt free he will be paying rent and coincil tax like everyone else so i dont see why you hold it against him that he chooses to live in a council proprty and not private rented or own his own its his choice not yours.
If it doesnt pay rent sell it.

everyone is entitled to their own opinion. i was just voicing mine.

And that is exactly what we have all done - it is the whole point of a forum, as a vehicle for debate.

Everybody has their own opinion on everything - the world would be a very boring place if we all thought & did the same things.

well i think she said he had 2 kids, so i gather he'd need somewhere to have them overnight or at least to visit him.

who says the car aint on credit, people lie all the time........ hey ok he lives ina council flat, i thought you only get housed if you are pregnant, have kids or are under the doctor......if your male and working in my area to be housed is very unusal........ then i have heard of 2 stories in the last 2 years of people getting housed cos they are related to people in the housing or council. this alarms me more than what this man is doin

It isn't that unusual to get housed if you claim you are homeless. Anyone regardless of status can live in council property if they satisfy requirements. I am single, i have lived in the same area for 21 years and am quite easily able to apply for a council property. It has !!!!!! all to do with money, sex or status.
