If it doesn't apply , they can ignore it , no Biggie to any appeal

Yes attach copies of correspondence , preferably without mentioning who was driving , the royal WE will suffice , unless they have complied with POFA ?

I don't think a small charge like a coffee needs proving at this stage , be different if it was a pair of £100 trainers !!

Usual recommendation is to pick "other".  Make sure it does default back to anything else if you add to or make changes to any other part of the appeal and also take a screenshot just before pressing submit.

Every question starting with I is designed to trip up the appellant

Which is why you use other , unless there is a good reason to use I , for example , if they complied with POFA and so it doesn't matter if the driver is revealed

If in any doubt , as you seem to be , choose Other
  • You are instructed to use "Other"in the newbies thread. This is not a topci that needs discussion :)

    Thanks both.

Apologies if I missed this but did not read that anywhere on the FAQ.
  • "These then get saved as PDFs and uploaded to POPLA under OTHER (ONLY) - do not think you only have 2000 characters in some box on the POPLA wepage!"

You are referring to the POPLA appeal not the Parking Eye
  • Update 01/10

Email received yesterday (30/09) from Parking Eye that reads:
"We can confirm that this Parking Charge has now been cancelled and there is no
    outstanding payment due."

Thanks all for the help provided in this thread from start to finish. Hopefully future readers will be able to benefit and feel at ease if facing the same problem as it is not a very nice feeling to have companies demand £100 at your doorstep.
