Happy to hear from you daily, whining on not. Actually I think if you reread the diary most of the "whining" is at the start. More recently you have written of some amazing successes, holiday in Greece that you were dreading, days out with family, more balanced thinking. All of which have taken huge effort and strength which must be exhausting. Keep going, things will/ are getting better, look how well the business is doing! Try and be kinder to yourself.2

Glad to here from you Alt.
Sorry times are a bit tough at the moment.
Keep plodding on. Better times will come.2 -
Thanks all
I would like to reply to everyone individually at some point just on my way to bed tonight and have at least been getting to bed at reasonable hours - something I’ve been fighting with for a very long time.Spring is round the corner, hard to believe rn with the weather generally ha, this winter seems to have gone on forever idk why. Half term was a joke weather wise at least had a laugh about it with someone I 100% never thought I’d have a laugh with about anything lol.
I keep looking over my next 1yr plan; knowing it will all come good. Not just me struggling; wife finding things difficult too with life, not just spends.Tbf I think I am just absolutely !!!!!! exhausted with stress
@ladyholly what you said in your last post I’ve thought about that a bit today. Heard some bad news about someone one of my staff very loosely knows idk people get through a lot worse things it’s trying to not let that guilt get to me I know.6 -
Not a bad end to February- wife has sold a £2.5k item she’s been wanting to get rid of for a long time now. Weather a bit better too.Todays cal was thank three people you feel grateful to and tell them why, not a !!!!!! chance I’d do that this time last year and tbh really surprised myself who I chose this morning. Reading a book about the treatment of people who have been through traumatic experiences only at the start of the book but one had done some absolutely unspeakable things and idk just thought just because that’s where you were doesn’t mean that where you need to go. Not going to do my family any good to keep making myself ill over and over again, treating them poorly and tbh it’s not fair to anyone. Once a !!!!!! doesn’t have to make always a !!!!!!.Weekend planned for once just staying in, watch rugby, fish and chips and dog walks like lockdown haha looking forward to it tbf. Will put a film on tonight and leaving laptop at work - think I need a weekend off really.9

(As an aside, I was mildly disappointed to find out that means "quoted for truth" when I always thought it meant "quite effing true", but I guess both are appropriate lol)Do you not know that a man is not dead while his name is still spoken?

Good to hear you feeling a bit more positive today. The brighter weather really does help low feelings.2

Good to hear you sounding more positive.
The weekend sounds perfect to me.
We are surrounded by so much bad news at the moment that I'm sure it rubs off on our mood along with it being a particularly dreary and draggy time of year. Not to say your personal issues are not there, just that other things can amplify them and there isn't much to do but plod on. I can't say the 68 household is doing brilliantly at the moment, just keeping going and trying not to go down bad news rabbit holes. Sometimes its just that bit harder to find the blessings to count. It will be better when Spring is in the air properly.
Glad you can see light in your 1y plan and come on @alt80 give us the count
