Happy to hear from you daily, whining on not. Actually I think if you reread the diary most of the "whining" is at the start. More recently you have written of some amazing successes, holiday in Greece that you were dreading, days out with family, more balanced thinking. All of which have taken huge effort and strength which must be exhausting. Keep going, things will/ are getting better, look how well the business is doing! Try and be kinder to yourself.
  • Glad to here from you Alt.

Sorry times are a bit tough at the moment.

Keep plodding on. Better times will come.

Good to hear you feeling a bit more positive today. The brighter weather really does help low feelings.

Good to hear you sounding more positive.

The weekend sounds perfect to me.

We are surrounded by so much bad news at the moment that I'm sure it rubs off on our mood along with it being a particularly dreary and draggy time of year. Not to say your personal issues are not there, just that other things can amplify them and there isn't much to do but plod on. I can't say the 68 household is doing brilliantly at the moment, just keeping going and trying not to go down bad news rabbit holes. Sometimes its just that bit harder to find the blessings to count. It will be better when Spring is in the air properly.

Glad you can see light in your 1y plan and come on @alt80 give us the count :)
