Sorry to hear about your husband and wishing you all the best - he is in the best place rn and glad to hear they are taking him seriously and going to get on. My insurance has done the video call for a while - have to go to NHS GP or pay for appt before then so shouldn’t complain really. I’ve never had anything other than being fobbed off at NHS GP anxious etc. ultimately they were right with my biggest health scare but didn’t offer me a scan or anything just had a blood test and told it’s mental, cut the stimulants down and you’ll be right fml. Cost money and my !!!!!! sanity finding out I was ok. Had they done the diagnostics think I may have been in a better place altogether anyhow is what it is.

Definitely grateful to have the electric 100%. Wife filled Range Rover and MG on Friday and came to work filled a few staff cars. We could see where it was heading with people going mad just before the restrictions on quantity came in.

Been having a bit of a think on and off between bit of time with family this morning and a few emails. Told my Mrs there’s a few things I bought for her that have some really horrible associations for me and remind me of times I’d rather not be reminded of. Asked her to have a think about selling these items and have a think about if there’s anything she’d really like instead something she can keep forever symbol of a start of better times. Her choice ultimately she wants to keep some of this other stuff it’s up to her.
  • That’s a nice thing Alt to have the start again thing.

I was on the red on Friday and was going to wait but heard the news on the way to work and just didn’t chance it. I’m glad I managed to get fuel otherwise I’d be at the side of the road somewhere still!

I think someone somewhere is enjoying creating all this chaos.

@Willowtree222 yeah things haven’t been great generally idk she’s been along for the ride not know much other than me off my head or so !!!!!! engrossed in some other addictive thinking I may as well been. Addicted to work know people laugh at that think nice position to be in but I’m dealing with consequences of it all now tbh. Spent a long time avoiding each other really would go out once / twice a month as a couple and she trained me in the gym but that was about it. Used to send her and son to in-laws practically every weekend and invite my mate around work in morning, hit the shops afternoon and bars later my !!!!!! world that was then moaning anything else was lame and boring fml could probably have done JL stock take for them in 2019. Lot of stuff I bought for wife out on those trips off my head he did similar for his ex Mrs but she had her head screwed on and !!!!!! off. Could !!!!!! guarantee he’d have some and doesn’t count if it’s practically free but it does and I’m paying for it now not just financially almost 41 and rebuilding my life people on here were right idk how to live beyond work and being self destructive. Ultimately I don’t move on from it all, don’t get anywhere. Think to myself how the !!!!!! I’m still married I haven’t a !!!!!! clue.

ha someone is !!!!!! loving this everyone out queuing for petrol. You chanced it though letting your car run into red on Friday and waiting haha id got 2/3 tank in Range Rover but got it topped up Friday.
  • Alt If you go out in the electric car I would be careful where you park it.

Some of the Notts brain dead might realize it's electric and decide to take it out on your car because you aren't having to queue for fuel.

Especially if they are running short of fuel to do their drug deals.
If you go down to the woods today you better not go alone.

@Grumpelstiltskin wouldn’t surprise me in the slightest. NG always been really bad in places since I’ve been up here. Same as any city I suppose really. Tbh I’ve been generally lucky over the years did have the wheels nicked off my E36 M3 though years ago. All the lowlifes were driving 318s dressed up as M3s I had an M3 dressed up as a 318 after that ha always look back at that and laugh wasn’t funny at the time though

Day 116 through been completely whacked since about 5pm just run down and really hope this does end soon I can’t deal with the lack of energy and was wanting to do a bit of extra work this evening but I just can’t. Pros say it’s all stress related no massive issue with the eye keeping on with the Charlotte Tilbury haha. Idk probably are right but can’t help thinking something more serious sometimes. Probably do sound like some kind of hypochondriac on here ha fml.

No spends apart from planned. Did say to wife I’m thinking about doing an advent cal again she said she loved last years haha used to spend a !!!!!! fortune on those for her and apparently liked last years the best idk probably just being nice
  • Well done on day 116

    Two things,

    1. Pretty much every adult and even more adults with a job and child are permanently exhausted. I think its just life and you'll eventually find a balance that that works for you without the use of substances.

    2. You put thought time and love into last years advent calendar, the others were stuck on a credit card in a couple of minutes. Of course the one you made was her favourite. Money and expensive treats really aren't a symbol of your love

Just reminding you that you woke at 5:40am - so not exactly a short duration day.  Just earlier hours on the clock both ends.
