Thanks @RelievedSheff, yeah can’t quite believe next week will be at day 75 all being well.@Sun_Addict thank you. Sometimes seems like time is flying and sometimes seems like a whole !!!!!! lifetime lol. I did - tbh only go 2/3 times a week currently. Mix of gym gym and home gym which I didn’t expect tbh I’ve had a home gym a while but prelockdown hardly used now about 50/50.0

Waved son off he’s spending the day with one of his school friends and parents one I usually avoid as much as possible ha. Thought !!!!!! it I’m not hiding in my own home whilst he is a !!!!!! it’s !!!!!! pathetic the way he’s been able to wind me up. Yeah it probably is !!!!!! obvious I buy things on credit not sure why it matters tbh I always pay my bills. Anyway was waiting for some !!!!!! ‘funny’ comment about the EQC but actually got a positive reaction fml everyone loves it haha.4

10 weeks tomorrow
Right call on showing your face this morning.
Hope the sleep improves soon.3 -
Well done on going out and facing the parents this morning. That's a huge step forward for you
The sleep will come right again. Try not to get worried about it or that will make the sleep worse.Try to keep off the caffeine as much as possible and establish a bedtime routine and a set time to go to bed during the week. This will help your body find its rhythm again.2 -
Hang in there Alt, it will hopefully go back to better sleep tonight. The milk float is rather popular then!September 2017 Debt = £25330
Starting afresh.
You can do anything if you put your mind to it. x1 -
Good call facing what life throws at you, the hiding away has not been a good way to deal with things......
I suspect the sleep is the general anxiety levels are up, if you get back to the happy place once work settles it should come back.
I think that's what is making my sleep off just got to knock off the things that are bothering me, even the ones I can do nothing about, caught up with some old mates last night over dinner and turned into a low drinking and past midnight bed, good evening but still woke up at stupid o'clock.
Day 69 always give me giggle and as said 10 weeks tomorrow
Wed the day to make sure the plans are sorted for the weekend.
Friday is looking best(least chance of rain) so maybe a finish work at lunchtime and get out in the car to make the best of the afternoon/evening either eat out or maybe a BBQ at home(while we have the light) get the FIL or MG mate round2 -
There won't be funny comments about the EQC. I think there will be more people envious of that than your RR. Good that you did not let your sons friends parent wind you up. Lets face it you have probably said or done some daft stuff at some point and whereas his comment about you being a jumped up estate agent was uncalled for we all say stupid stuff sometimes. You are proving him wrong and better you stay friends with your sons friends. You don't have to be best friends but at least be civil and adults.
Sorry the sleep proving elusive at the moment. I go through periods like that too where I have a few nights of bad sleep. I have a 10 mile hike tomorrow with over 3000 feet of ascent so I need a decent nights sleep too.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free Wannabe, Budgeting and Banking and Savings and Investment boards. I’m current having sleep issues too at the moment. All to do with work stress too. I have no issue getting to sleep, it’s staying asleep that’s my issue. Fall asleep about 10pm then wide awake at 3pm 😬MFW 2022 #71 £4400/£44001

Thanks all. Yeah it’s 10wks tomorrow can’t quite believe that tbh feels like a massive milestone. My life is improving and my family’s is too. Not just 10wks off the coke, 10wks of no access to money can’t !!!!!! believe I’ve made it this far without having a meltdown lol but I have and thinking no plans to give myself access to money just keep earning it and not spending it will be able to keep more retained and that’ll result in more units. Wife asked why do I want more tbh idk really but it’s def a better way to spend money than on some very short lived pleasures. Always been desperate for the money before I can’t believe I’m saying this but that’s not really the case anymore. Do have a bit of a wish list of stuff post payoff - Jag XJS, few watches and still interested in doubling my res mortgage and getting something last ever house worthy but not the same urgency going on in my head. First time today I don’t even feel ashamed - milk float makes sense, MG is my mates rn but he is open to selling at right time and I’ve got a plan to pay for Range Rover in full. Got a nice home, it’s more than most will be able to afford nothing to be ashamed about there. Business going well, only way I’m going to turn the money I do yeah some parents at my son’s school got quite prestigious careers but I like what I do really !!!!!! lucky in that respect. Know a few people who over and over have tried to make me feel !!!!!! about how I’ve had to use lines of credit to the max to get to where I am in business and with property: each of them parents have a lot and they are in very lucky positions generally. Tbt I get on with the parents better than the few people I’m talking about lol want to be able to look back and be able to say one day that I did alright all things considered. Don’t want to look back and think I threw my life away.@getmore4less haha fml I suspected your head might be as much in the gutter as mine lol.Weekend plans are sorted; getting out in the cars and roast dinner Sunday. Seeing in-laws Saturday they are coming here and wife is cooking FIL said I should get a bbq we’ve got a nice garden. Plans to improve it further in pipeline idk decent bbqs are quite a bit of money and it’ll give my FIL an excuse to invite his other kids round to my house. Realistically I don’t think it’s something I should be spaffing money on really just keep to the planned spends and no more. Friday best weather here too.2
