I have faith, you are seeing major progress, a lot of the extreme thinking has settled and much better balance all-round especially on the finances.

You have crossed the boundary where you want the better future, now you can see it, a lot more than the past that will keep you on track with the help of the pros as you are seeking that help when needed.

One thing I learnt is always be in passive recruitment mode, on the lookout for good people, you can grow faster into a bit of capacity, good people are not always available when capacity is maxed out and it also uses up too much of your time filling in.

Weekend ok dodging around the rain.
Today looking like another variable rain day.
I have a mix of inside and outside jobs to pick off the list.
    Steak dinner....

Obviously just here for the bantz....especially as I called you a secret milk float lover (and was right!). I am really happy that you do like it though and it has opened up your mind to different options. You aren't seeing it as a failure now or as a step back like you were.

Congratulations on your progress too. Paying off that much money is impressive and so is your days.

Kids play up. My DD does the same and if she detects weakness then she goes for the jugular. It's hard but he will see as the days go on.

    Have a good day.

I love that you love the milk float. Its also fine that youlove the RR- it's now become that you're moving towards it being a reasonable affordable expense rather than a huge monthly money sink.

Don't worry about your son playing up, keep all your boundaries and expectations for me solid. My daughter is brilliantly behaved, but she will still have a few hours every few months where she gently ramps up bad behaviour- she's testing whether all our boundaries are still there and once she's pulled up and I have a talk with her she settles back down to normal.
    Bottom line;
    £49k paid off
    Car HP paid off
    Debt Free!
Saved Escape fund and moved out.

    Current focus; saving Emergency fund

I don’t think anyone thought you were ridiculous for loving the RR but what was crazy was the amount you were spending on cars each month meaning you were going into debt to live. Now your outgoings on cars are more aligned in your budget and you still have access to 3 cars so win win. Tbh the only car envy I have is for your EQC but I am not a petrolhead and just really think of cars as means of getting from A to B. It has to be reliable and comfortable and those are my main priorities.

Day 67 falling into the getting tripped off because I’m completely !!!!!! whacked. Kind of accept it on day 1-7 but fml I’m on day 67 now and not been doing it that much over the whole of this year really. Ok amount of sleep and managed to get a good hour working this morning but I’m so !!!!!! tired all the time. Just had to stop myself looking at getting a body scan done haha yeah not going down that road. It’s really !!!!!! weird tbh was responding to people on here and almost fell to sleep last night. Get through working day and I can’t do anything wife lecturing me I need to take some time off but had the long weekend and that did !!!!!! all. Incredibly triggering tbh. Anyway rant for the day over, won’t be spending any money today apart from food.

Son can be weird maybe I’ve been reading too much into it but I convince myself it’s because of how I am. Trying to work with the literature but life doesn’t always work that way know that. Thanks to those on here with kids who say theirs kick off too - I do start wondering if it’s me and because he effectively falls into the child of a cokehead category keep !!!!!! reading all sorts of !!!!!! horrible stats relating to that and every time he kicks off I start wondering if I’ve damaged him beyond all !!!!!! repair though tbh my sister and I were !!!!!! nightmares sometimes. Idk I am a bit paranoid about it tbh.

Well done on getting to Day 67. You are doing amazing.

We don't have children but we do know from the sister in laws 5 children that they do some weird stuff at times and kick off for seemingly nothing at times as well.

Children test boundaries. It is part of growing up and learning what the boundaries are.

You are doing a great job with him. Stop panicking all the time. He will grow up just fine he has had an amazing start in life :)

Well done on reaching day 67. Another one in the children kick off camp, it’s just what they do sometimes with no proper reasoning lol. I have what I consider quite a well behaved, well mannered daughter but when she kicks off she kicks off 😂😂, they like to push boundaries. Keep putting ur time and effort in and the rest will fall in place but it’s probably not as a result of anything you have done or are doing

I think it has been pointed out numerous times on here just how important a healthy diet is on the road to recovery.

I do think that Alt is eating more than just chicken salad these days :)
