@Legs21 thanks.
It's not really got much better in any way tbh just have to stay on track and keep the faith it does get better with time like everything else really apart from aging ha.
Glad a few on here have said they are also being careful. Some people I know are to tbf and some really don't care. This is going to live with us all for a very long time - history has been made and the legacy will last a lifetime.
Re wife idk though I do wonder who the !!!!!! else would take her sometimes ha.
@bookworm_nat123 Thank you.
My son loves going to playgrounds / walking / kickabout / garden etc. Just likes being outdoors but didn't we all as kids? I don't really think about doing stuff with just him and me can probably count on two hands the number of times I've spent a day alone with my boy. Wife thinks we should go on more days like the one before the Tier 3 lockdown last year idk it was a brilliant day so maybe she's right.1 -
Absolutely smashing these days now mate! Seriously you should be so proud of how far you have come. Over the last 30 days there has been some tests thrown your way that previously might have made you hit self destruct button and although I imagine it hasn't been easy at times you have battled through. Despite the wifes lack of faith (which may be warranted on previous occasions) you have changed so much and this is a battle you are well on your way to winning. I hope it gets easier for you as the days get bigger. Hope you enjoy the treat for getting to 60 days. Well Done!5

Good you have caught the regression to using avoidance.
That was a major feature of going off track in the past.
There are going to be tough times when you feel the need but it should be extremely short term, we all need personal time to retreat, try to use the new activities (son,garden, audio) not the old ones like work and going over numbers.
Stick with it, prove the wife you can do it because you want to and bring the family along for the new ride.

Day 61.
You really are doing great. Glad you had a good evening with your wife and son to celebrate Day 60.
Onwards and upwards to the next target.
Don't work too hard and make sure you have some family time again tonight.2 -
Well done on reaching 60 Alt. So good to read that and two thirds of the way to 90 days too.2

Day 61; thanks all. Decent night's sleep, not doing bad on that front at all no idea how probably quitting the stimulants ha being strict about no proper coffee past about 1pm too. Not doing too bad with cutting some of the milk based ones probably had enough calcium to last my bones a lifetime haha.
Just work planned today and time with family this evening - get out at 6ish again. Work levels ok enough time to get most things done and keeps the Mrs happy.
@FootyFanDan thanks mate, I know it will get easier as the days go up.
@getmore4less you're right mate just need to keep to doing the right things not letting anything get too obsessive; know I have a tendency towards compulsive behaviours generally.
@RelievedSheff thank you. The workload is easing a little with staff levels slowly coming right (for the moment ha).
@maggiem thank you. Just over two thirds today ha.0 -
You’re doing fab. The sleeping will be helping too.You could just do the odd hour out with your son you said he loves the park so will likely love to just nip and have a kick about with you.XSeptember 2017 Debt = £25330

We have also noticed in the mornings that the sun is a bit lower in the sky when we are taking the dog for his morning walk.
Autumn will be here before we know it.2 -
