I def think keeping busy will help, might help with the sleep too.Sealed pot challenge 822
Jan - £176.66 :j1 -
@katsu yeah not got access to the money I can’t spend it lol. Iswyacf re house I like having a nice home always have, ultimately more important to me than the other stuff.@dawnybabes hope so.Read that list back haha fml so far I’ve temp finished the home office move need to work out cables etc had lunch and that’s about it absolutely whacked haha might have to spend a bit of time on clothes inventory and put a few things up for sale can’t face grafting in the garden. Car interior is a job for later. Did the exterior yesterday evening fml it’s a big job, should maybe call it quits, get rid and just buy that MGB GT off my mate would def be easier to clean, no payments and not going to get any speeding fines lol looks attractive to me today ha.1

On these hot days I have started having a little nap around midday peak heat before tackling any afternoon jobs.
Working to help my sleep totals.
Enjoy the house, garden, garage.
Does not have to all be done in a day.

Ha no chance I’m getting this all done in one day lol. Do car interior will take me to 9/9.30pm went to sleep for most of the afternoon all I got done on inventory was tshirts. So I’ve got an inventory totalling tshirts and polo shirts currently haha well it’s progress. Put a couple aside for wife to sell when I see her. Know so long as I don’t get in the stupid zone I’ve got tomorrow. I’ve lost weeks and weeks sometimes but recently every time I do it seems worse than the last, been longer between sessions but when I do I have some really bizarre things going on in my head. Staff aren’t going to carry me and my business forever know that much.Something you’re right about mate it’s almost like I need to learn how to live, been discussed at the therapy on more than one occasion. I’ve taken your advice - I have no easy access to money beyond £20 cash. No piggy bank though yet haha.Wanted fish and chips for my dinner tonight forced myself not to, I said I wouldn’t leave the house or spend money and can do without it made a salad with a jacket potato and the fish and chips craving !!!!!! off could learn something from that 100%. Odd not being able to easily have money to hand focuses the mind a bit or has seemed to today for me.6

Was watching the Tina Turner stuff on BBC2.People think my life has been tough, but I think has been a wonderful journey. The older you get, the more you realise it's not what happens, but how you deal with it.
Worth a watch if the car is done

@Sun_Addict thanks. Wife told me son really enjoyed Sundown so thanks for that suggestion.
They’ve been there a few days, saw my wife yesterday and she’s coming here for dinner tomorrow so going to do roast chicken. Might have a go at a strawberry cheesecake in the morning idk house is behind my schedule and I don’t really want to end up with the majority of a massive cake in my fridge. Sending it to in-laws gives a bit of a soz I did it again but here have 3/4 of a strawberry cheesecake vibe so probably shouldn’t ask her to take it back there either.
@SanguineGina thank you, I hope I can too.
@getmore4less yes the car is done. Don’t want to drive it anywhere now lol after 4.5hours graft in total. Going to count that as my exercise today not really 100% so at least have moved a bit.
Thanks for suggestion will put it on now I think and bed after. 👍1 -
@getmore4less watched the Tina Turner doc. I do enjoy biographies etc. Really interesting and entertaining watch, thanks mate. Bought back some memories from the 80s/ early 90s though haha1
