Seriously thinking about getting my wife a job as a fitness class instructor lol might just get some peace. She told me was too early to feel that tired, got me on the additional workout for the day haha FML. Actually am a bit more awake and as much as I moan about it I don't mind it really, just not quite as obsessed as her suppose I know what it's like for her when I bang on about property ha. Definitely ready for couple of hours of TV and bed now though. Currently salivating over Masterchef 100 they don't have chicken salad 5 days in a row.

Chicken salad 5 days in a row isnt healthy. Everyone needs a variety of foods even if its chicken in another form.  I hope your son has a more varied diet.

Eating chicken salad for 5 days in a row is probably why you are so tired, you need more nutritious food

Actually suggested she eats a bit more tbh told her I really can't afford to buy her a new wardrobe - goes through the cutting phases for a few abs photos then puts about 3/4kg back on - knows at her lowest weight it's 100% not sustainable. When she's on the cutting phase, so am I and son lol. Tbh looks better with the extra weight and stops moaning about her clothes being massive ha. Do eat well at the weekend tbh even with this ha. When son is older 100% he'll move away and become a fat !!!!!! in rebellion.

I am well trained too tbf kept away from Maccys had a subway for lunch, walked in on autopilot and ordered myself a !!!!!! roast chicken on wheat with no cheese FML. Walked out and wished I'd had something else haha. Haven't stayed away from the caffeine this afternoon though one of my staff went to Starbucks ordered me my usual 3 shot job FML I'm not used to that anymore - just started ordering decaf even in the morning.

Feeling  tired  is probably a combination of things, getting back into a substance free routine, more focused on work and the fitness regime are probably using up your energy stores.

IT could be you are just not eating enough in the week to keep you going, if chicken salad is it for a few days throw in some carbs, rice, pasta, jacket(not all at the same time) and see if that helps a bit.

If you can see bone she is too thin and need fattening up.

Funny thing is our local Waitrose has started up the hot chicken counter and sell them off cheap at the end of the say, we have a 99p whole chicken that will feed us for 2/3 days, chicken sandwich last night, chicken salad today and maybe a pasta bake with the leftovers(if any) to stretch it out got some cheese to use up as well.
(you were never a big drinker but if I cut back on the beer or have a day off I need to replace the calories with food)

On the budget the reason for the allocations for things like days out or a weekend away is so you can have them.
The planning stage is getting the balance for how many & how much gets allocated because that's what you want to prioritise.

within that planned spend you have to look at the individual trips,  if this hotel cost is out of proportion for the plan then something has to give elsewhere, if she want it more than you then something of hers has to give.

Do shop around I am seeing deals for pretty decent places on groupon and other travel sites those opening up need the bookings.

Remember with the business as much as you like these fee paying jobs you need to leave some time for business development.  Are you looking at these instruction to create more sustainable business relationships to keep the work coming in, that is your job if you don't have someone assigned to that task.

I agree with the others that it is not healthy to eat chicken salad five days a week and this will be part of the reason you are so tired. You are not getting the right level of nutrients that your body needs to sustain the level of work and exercise that you are doing.

Your wife has plenty of time to be looking up and cooking healthy recipes for you all to enjoy as a family. It certainly is not healthy for your son to be just eating chicken salad. You need to show your wife what a healthy balanced diet consists off because I don't think she fully understands that.

You can slip out and get something to eat your son cant. He needs a properly balanced diet with approx 16-1700calories a day. Google it. Depending on what else he eats in a day chicken salad is probably not enough. He is a growing boy and needs his food not only for his physical health but also his mental health and learning ability. If she wants to starve herself thats one thing but you are getting tired and doing more exercise is not the answer. You might feel better but that is your body producing endorphins. Your wife needs to understand that you need food if you are getting too tired. Why do you think athletes take in more calories than average and stay slim and fit.

It's definitely not healthy for your son to be only eating chicken salad for his main meal 5 days a week, this is not enough for a growing child. I work with teenagers with eating disorders, the youngest child I've seen was a 10 year old boy. Far from your son becoming fat it's more likely to increase his chances of developing anorexia himself, quite a lot of the kids we see have a parent with a clear undiagnosed eating disorder

Thanks all. Really hectic day today started 8am had 10 mins lunch on the go and finished 6.30pm working like a !!!!!! lol. Absolutely whacked again. Could actually go to bed now, won't but at least I've got a lighter day planned tomorrow. Block now over 50% sold and got some interest in the hall already. Resi is still on fire up here, probably remain so at the lower end of the market after Rishi's planned announcement tomorrow. Comm mixed. Managed to fit in viewing 2 potential cheap projects for flip for this influx of ftb maybe. All good for revenue. Doesn't help personal situation for a few years as going to be keeping to current for at least 2 years. Probably stay like that - better retained and reinvested.

No time to look at anything on the personal side apart from signing up for a virtual portfolio online - not even started the reading for that but I am def interested when things are a bit quieter.

Had my mate call me, sent me a message asking to speak re portfolio all he actually wanted to ask me is if I'm seriously off the stuff, he's got no reason to give it up, load of self indulgent !!!!!! I cba with right now. See it for what it is 100% being away from it. Day 42 today, still having the counselling but not needing to keep ringing the !!!!!! number everyday anymore.

@RelievedSheff / @ladyholly / @Onebrokelady Yeah my wife has a bit of an obsession with the food sometimes. Basically will be where she wants end of this week, take the photos and move on from going to bed with a skeleton 100% not attractive imo but not for me to say ultimately lol.

Next week will def be more balanced for a bit as she'll be off the cutting.

@getmore4less idk do put the work in but as I say I don't have a physically hard job, lot to think about sometimes and not much in the way of brain power maybe that's it ha.

100 would add some carbs if I was cooking, make a dressing and probably cook some bacon lardons too. Haha hot chicken counter sell off brings back some memories mate used to buy them all the time for do just what you say prewife lol.

Tbf to her she's been looking for the deals, really nice looking place £245 1 night with dinner for 2 quite impressive price imo been to similar for a lot more. Think I just want to get to end of year and what has not been spent is a 'bonus'. Can hardly believe I've developed this mindset myself tbh but think it really makes you think spending time going through the budget, realising how little I really have (yeah appreciate others may think different - I don't mean to be a !!!!!! about it. More what I have def doesn't stretch to how I was living life).

I'm putting the work in with the view to taking on an extra fee earning member of staff. Review end of next quarter but looking like I'm going to be busy until then.

Not been on here in a while so only read your most recent post but things sound good!

Great news re: block, will you spin a bit of profit on that now?

42 days - that’s a great achievement and can’t believe after 42 days your mate is still calling asking if you’re serious about it ha. Good you can see it for what it is...

    Still off the booze too?
