I would have thought it starts from the date from which the overdraft becomes available to you, whether you use it or not. But:surreysaver said:

Can someone confirm we could switch an account from Halifax and still be ok to get the £100.00. We have never received any incentive from Lloyds Bank only Halifax.

Except I applied for the overdraft before I knew about the switch offer, as I intend to run my Club Lloyds at a zero balance once the interest rates go down at the end of the month. So didn't know about the 0% overdraft (otherwise I would have applied for a larger overdraft!)colsten said:

How picky are Lloyds these days when looking at new applications? I seem to remember my wife applied 5 years ago but got rejected for no apparent reason - got accepted at every other bank before and after the Lloyds rejection, including Halifax

So if I switched my normal Halifax account won’t be able to get the £100?
