This rain is getting a bit boring now. I know we need it but its miserable as sin out!
Good news for the day, my car will be ready to pick up after work this evening. Will see if I can get more than 250 miles before the next bump.
Nothing much else happening this week. It's the last few couple of days before pay day so nothing really to report.
Having a spag bol for dinner tonight and tonight's jobs are walking the dog and cleaning the kitchen.2 -
Just been and picked my car up and it looks good as new again.1

Another day another dollar and another wet miserable start to the day. I could have stayed in bed this morning, it has seemed like a long short week already.
It's pay day eve which is always a bonus.
Not much else happening. Tonight we will walk the dog, clean the bathrooms and vacuum the house. We have salmon wellington for dinner. Another early night tonight I think. Can't seem to shake this tiredness this week, must be the weather.0 -
This week does feel like a very long short week, I can't believe it is only Thursday.Fashion on a ration 2025 0/66 coupons spent
79.5 coupons rolled over 4/75.5 coupons spent - using for secondhand purchases
One income, home educating family1 -
It's Friday, it's pay day and it's bacon butty day at work. It's all lining up to make a good day
It's also savings day money shuffle so it's £300 to the savings account, £100 to the premium bonds account and we amazingly have an underspend this month so it's an extra £200 going to the savings account as well today.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are from stores today. Breakfast was toast, we have both taken our packed lunches to work and dinner tonight is pizza after a few beers watching a film. No jobs to do tonight other than walking the dog. Its a quiet night tonight and a quiet weekend at home this weekend.3 -

Just catching up on your diary. Big congratulations on being free of card balances! It’s a great feeling not to have the credit card juggling to deal with no matter how nice it is to get a bit of interest free credit I’ve found having no credit card debt is better.Sorry to hear about someone running into the back of your car, I hope they did pay for the repairs. Always nice to catch up on your travels and photos.1

It's all sorted now. Just need to forget about it now which is easier said than done. Won't lie it has taken the shine off having a new car!
