Its something that doesn't often get a mention but once you have a bit of money behind you , you can save a lot more by having the leeway to snap up bargains, stock up on offers etc. When money is really tight those options are usually closed off and the poorest ended up paying the highest prices.

It's looking like a frustrating start to the day sitting around waiting for a parcel to be delivered. It needs a signature so can't just go out 🙄

Only plus side is its guaranteed before 1pm!

The other half is taking the dog to the groomers shortly and going to the farm shop for the chicken. 

He can go and do the beet stock up as well. I will make a start on the Christmas decorations I suppose while I'm stuck here.

Hate waiting for deliveries.

It is now almost 4.30pm and the package I have waited in for all day has still not arrived. Resigned the fact it isn't coming today so have wasted a whole day.

Annoyed doesn't even do it justice. 

The parcel needs signing for so we won't be at home the next t time they try to deliver which means a visit to the sorting office which is only open 8am to 10am Monday to Saturday and we are away next weekend. 

Absolutely fuming. And this is on top of delays from the retailers already.

I am going to get out of the house today 🙃 

Just been out for a very soggy walk with the dog. He was not best impressed. Just drying out now with a coffee and then we will have breakfast. Smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on toast this morning. 

We have a few bits to do today. Going to the pet shop to buy Christmas presents for the family animals and we are visiting family later on so will drop some Christmas presents off while we are there.

Not much else going on today. Got a load of bedding in for a wash and dry.

Roast chicken with all the trimmings later on for dinner.

No it didn't. So I have put a complaint in to the company who I bought the parcel through this morning.

Very annoyed to say the least.
