A weekend at home this weekend. Got plenty to be getting on with. First load of washing is done, second load is in and will be hung on the line shortly.
The other half is at the supermarket now picking up coffee and beer. I will nip to Aldi and the farmshop after breakfast and a dog walk.
We need to pop into town today as well and get some new trainers for our holiday. Looks like being a spendy day!
Breakfast is a bacon and egg sandwich and dinner later is chicken curry with rice and vegetable samosa.
Might have a walk up to the local for a couple of drinks at dinnertime. Not been for ages.1 -
Sounds like a busy but good day ahead.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)1

Weather forecast has changed for tomorrow so we have squeezed in doing the gardens as well!
Don't think we will be late in bed tonight we are all shattered 🤣🤣🤣1 -
We had an early night last night and I think we both needed it.
A quieter day today. Not got much to do. Just need to clean the van out ready for next weekends outing.
Just having a coffee and then we will take the dog out for a walk. It's dry out at the minute but it rained heavy in the night and the forecast is for more rain today.
Got a small cooked breakfast this morning and roast chicken later on for dinner.
Think we might pop to the garden centre later for a coffee and to let the dog see the fish 😀1 -
Have you thought about having a pond or even a small water feature with some fish for your dog. A neighbour has a small number in a half barrel type water feature. We have a pond and our dog takes no notice of the fish at all.

All our dogs have ended up in the pond at some point except the current one - Yet!! I just thought he might like his own fishe to play with but not if will be a nuisance. We had a JRT X and our neighbour had a free ranging rabbit. The dog would literally spend hours looking at the fence trying to work out how to get to it. She never did luckily.
