Thursday's here and as usual it's a busier evening for us. But we have a day at work to get out of the way first.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are from stores today. Breakfast was cereals, we have both taken our packed lunches to work and dinner tonight is peri peri sausages with mustard mash and vegetables.

    Tonight's jobs are:
    • walking the dog
    • load of washing
    • cleaning the bathrooms
    • vacuuming the house
    • plugging in the van and turning on the fridge (Mustn't forget this one!!)

It's Friday. Just 7.5 hours of work to go before the long weekend. Mind you the weather forecast for tomorrow looks terrible now!

Breakfast and lunch are from stores today, dinner tonight is in the pub we are staying at. Breakfast was cereals and we have both taken our packed lunches to work.

No jobs to do tonight other than walking the dog. We will just grab a quick shower and then hit the road. We are only going an hour down the M1 tonight.

They don't seem to do Internet reception down here we are relying on WiFi which is hot and miss!

We had a lovely meal at the Clock Warehouse on Friday evening.

Yesterday we set off early to avoid traffic but we needn't have bothered the traffic was very light probably due to the terrible weather.

It rained pretty much all day yesterday here. We still got some walking in but the majority of the day was spent sheltering from the rain

We have more planned for today with the weather being better. More walking and a boat trip on the Thames.

Will have breakfast first. Full English today to set us up for the day. Doing a van Sunday roast later with some lamb.

Now to wake the dog up. He's fast asleep still.

We had a brilliant day yesterday. We were all shattered by the end of the day.

Sadly it's time to go home today. We are getting up now, will have coffee and walk the dog then grab some cheese on toast before setting off.

Expecting a long drive today with the bank holiday traffic.

We had a great long weekend in Henley. Beautiful place but frighteningly expensive!

We are heading into Europe in a few weeks time. Visiting France, Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany and Luxembourg this time.
