Another bright and sunny start to the day. Glad it cooled off in the night. It was hot in our house again last night.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are from stores today. Breakfast was cereals, we have both taken our packed lunches to work and dinner tonight is a BBQ in the garden to make the most of the warm evenings while they last. We have got some chicken thighs, lincolnshire sausage and a lamb burger tonight with a garlic mushroom and some grilled peppers and courgettes.
Tonight's jobs are:- walking the dog
- scrubbing the BBQ when we have eaten (It is ready for a good scrub up before it is put away)

We are also trying to make the most of it especially with the start of the year being awful. No lasagna tonight ha, I’m going to do chicken and bell peppers. Not as elaborate as your bbq.1

The last few pounds are always the hardest. I've been trying to shift half a stone since April and still just over a pound to go and it just doesn't want to go!0

It is frustrating that this last 6 pounds seems to be taking so long to shift, but equally I shouldn't really forget that I have lost 25 pounds since Christmas so can't complain really!2
