Mid week already. Could get used to these shorter weeks.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are from stores today. Breakfast was cereals, we have both taken our packed lunches to work and dinner tonight is chicken and mushroom blue cheese pasta with homemade garlic bread.

    Tonight's jobs are:
    • walking the dog
    • cleaning the kitchen
    • weigh in Wednesday
The dog has got a bit of a dicky stomach this past couple of days. He is still eating and drinking fine and is fine in himself, he is still charging around like a nutter, but he is a bit runny. He got himself all upset yesterday because he had an accident at work in the office. He has had his breakfast this morning so will see in a little while if his stomach has settled down!

Well done 🥳 Harder to shift when there’s less to lose.

Hope the dog’s tummy improves soon. Is it something he’s snaffled on the sly or is he prone to tummy upsets?

He normally has an iron stomach so must be something he's snaffled.

He's fine in himself. He's his usual cheeky self and still charging around like an idiot so he isn't too badly 🙄

Meant to add we went on a road trip to Austria in the 80’s on a bus 😬 However it meant we saw a lot of countries: Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Lichtenstein, Italy, France, Luxembourg and finally Austria. It was brilliant apart from Mr SA had appendicitis on the way back which the German hotel staff tried to treat with herbal tea and then they wanted to admit him to hospital. We did manage to make it home in time before it burst - just!

Friday and pay day. It's going to be a good day.

Savings money shuffle done this morning. We had an underspend last month so that has gone to the savings account, £100 to the Premium Bonds, £200 to the savings account and £50 to the ISA.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are from stores today. Breakfast was toast, we have both taken our packed lunches to work and dinner tonight is lamb and mint burgers with chips, onion rings and coleslaw.

No jobs to tonight other than walking the dog. Its going to be a few quiet beers on the sofa watching a film.
