What a thoroughly miserable start to the day. We all got absolutely soaked this morning walking the dog. It was grim out there, a complete contrast to the weekend.

Anyway it is the start of another working week. £105 paid to the energy account today. 

Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be from stores today. Breakfast was toast, we have both taken our packed lunches to work and dinner tonight is cajun chicken wraps using up the leftovers from yesterdays roast dinner.

Tonight's jobs are:

• walking the dog
• weekly shop

It was a fantastic weekend, helped no end by the lovely weather we were treated too. We will definitely be going back to Louth again, it is a beautiful market town and everyone was so friendly.

Just need to find the time to go back again now. We seem to be getting pretty booked up again now!!

A dry start to the day which was nice. It's cold again though, the heating has had to go back on for a few days.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are from stores today. Breakfast was cereals, we have both taken our packed lunches to work and dinner tonight is lime and chilli sausages with root veg mash and greens. The other half is cooking tonight while I am at the hairdressers.

Tonight's jobs are:

• walking the dog
• load of washing

Hairdresser has just cancelled so I am going to have to cook tonight.........

Other half can cook tomorrow night instead when my appointment has been rescheduled to.

It was really nice walking the dog this morning. It was cold but dry with beautiful sunshine.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are from stores today. Breakfast was toast, we have both taken our packed lunches to work and dinner tonight is grilled chicken breast with wild rice and greens.

Tonight's jobs are:

• walking the dog
• cleaning the kitchen
• weigh in Wednesday

My hair appointment has been moved forwards to today so the other half is going to cook dinner tonight. Will do my weigh in before I head to the hairdressers I think.
