    Another pound lost this week.

I'm glad about that because I have succumbed to some cake at work this week 🙄

We have both now lost a stone. We'll I'm on exactly a stone the other half is a stone and a pound off.

Think I'm aiming for another 8 or so pounds off now. The other half just a couple now.

Thursday and the end of the working week is in sight. A nice start to the day today. Dry and fairly mild.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be from stores today. It was cereals for breakfast, we have both taken our packed lunches to work, salad box for me as is now usual and dinner tonight is salmon wellington and vegetables.

    Tonight's jobs are:
    • walking the dog
    • cleaning the bathrooms
    • vacuuming the house
I'm at the hairdressers tonight so the other half is going to do the bathrooms and the vacuuming while I'm out.

    It's Friday  :D

Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be from stores tonight. Breakfast was cereals, we have both taken our packed lunches to work and dinner tonight is burger, chips and coleslaw.

No jobs to do tonight. It is a few drinks on the sofa watching a film and chilling out.

A quiet weekend at home this weekend.

A quiet weekend in store here this week.

Not much going on today. We need to go to the plumbers merchants this morning to get some parts for a dripping tap in the kitchen, a trip to the farm shop to pick up half a sheep and I'm going to clean the inside of the van today. Got a load of washing to do as well when the water is turned back on after fixing the tap.

Think we are heading out into Derbyshire at dinnertime to walk the dog. Forecast looks better in a few hours. It's a bit dark and stormy this morning!

Having toast for breakfast and we will grab something for lunch while we are out and about. Dinner later is slow cooked chicken sagg masala with rice, samosa and bhaji.
