    Same here re work absolutely buzzing for it lol definitely something wrong with me haha even had a decent night’s sleep. Glad to hear your oh back to work and not been furloughed again. We’re having something similar for dinner tonight. Good to see the balances coming down.
    He is back to work for now but we don't know how long it will be before he is furloughed again. Probably not long. He has saved the downstairs loo decoration for his next furlough so that he has something to do. There will be that and some landscaping in the front garden to keep him occupied :)

    I had to let the dog out at 2.30am so another one here not had the best night's sleep. The smoked haddock and leek bake sounds nice, I like smoked haddock.

    Had some interesting substitutions with my Asda shop this morning. To be fair it is the first time we have had any from them and we should probably have expected it with an early Monday morning delivery slot.

    Baby spinach has become mixed salad leaves. Not sure they will go in a lasagne too well  :smile:

    More importantly the booze delivery has gone amiss. What should have been 6x18 cases of cans has turned into 1x20 case of bottles. Will have to nip to the shops at the weekend now which wasn't the plan!!

    I love smoked haddock but the other half isn't too keen so we don't have it very often.

    Totals at the end of 2020

    Debt 1 = £0
    Credit Card 1 = £0 (£150 repayment 0% interest)
    Credit Card 2 = £389 (£200 repayment 29.9% interest)
    Credit Card 3 = £3160 (£200 repayment 29.9% interest)
    Credit Card 4 = £5230 (£150 repayment 0% interest)
    Credit Card 5 = £8210 (£150 repayment 0% interest)
    HP = £3685 (£251 repayment)
    Furniture Loan = £640 (£16.82 repayment)

    ISA = £265 (£50 per month added)
    Pennies Savings Account = £187.95 (Saved by rounding the bank balance to the nearest pound when logging on to online banking)

    So the aim for 2021 is to get £6000 paid off these totals which I would like to think is achievable.
    Surely if you are paying more than £1100 per month towards debt that is more than £6k over the year?

    In theory yes but we know that we will have some spends coming up this year that will be going on the credit cards so the £6k total takes account of those spends.

    It would be nice to clear more than £6k but we think that £6k is a realistic figure.

    Not sure what difference it'll make for us already in Tier 4? Unless we get our trips outside limited again like in March.

    I think it will be a lock down like we had in March again with schools shut and very limited reasons to leave home.

    It is obviously an important announcement otherwise he wouldn't be addressing us all again!
