Love that you managed to blag the dog into the restaurant! I would just love to be able to take mine with me to more places. He came to the pub for lunch the other day and that was niceLife gets in the way...PADding is addictive...Saving's better than spending...My savings diary - Now for a healthier, wealthier me2025 1p challenge #41 | Cash envelope challenge #01 | SPC #017Sealed pot 2025 £7390 | EF £1000/£1000 | Sabbatical £3677/£6000 | Travel savings £1832 | Sinking pots £31071

😂😂at the dog loving the Indian restaurant. Sounds like a great weekend.I’ve noticed more and more places accepting dogs. The staff at the pub we stayed were bringing the dogs biscuits and water bowls.January spends - £587.581

There are a lot more dog friendly places now than there used to be.
A lot of the pubs and cafes round here have a doggy menu. Ours had sausage and scrambled egg yesterday at the cafe where we had breakfast 😀2 -
Not a no spends day today. I need to do the weekly shop after work tonight and as we have some budget spare and it's payday tomorrow I am going to pay off one of the long weekends we have booked for this year.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be from stores, Breakfast was toast, we have both taken our packed lunches to work and dinner tonight is pork goulash made with leftovers from yesterdays roast dinner served with rice and homemade garlic bread.
Tonight's jobs are:- walking the dog

Good plan with the leftover budget. It's a great feeling to have money left over at the end of the month rather than month left over at the end of the money 😆I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)1

Not a no spends day today. I am booking the Eurotunnel tickets for later in the year. Swapped my Mr T points for money off vouchers last night so just need to book the tickets this morning.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are from stores. Breakfast was toast, we have both taken our packed lunches to work and dinner tonight is goat chops with tortellini and vegetables.

Happy pay day
I've never been on the Eurotunnel, something for me to save for once the debt has gone I think
