We are going to have a walk around here this morning after a cup of coffee see what we couldn't see yesterday. Then after cheese on toast for breakfast we are heading off to Perranporth.
Takeout curry for dinner tonight looking forward to that.
We are hoping to get the dog on the beach today if the weather let's us 😀3 -
I hope the weather is a bit kinder to you and the dog today.

The weather has changed for the better today thankfully. Same can't be said for the roads. Got stuck today, the road was not wide enough. Other half had a long reverse up a steep winding hill.
No damage done though thankfully.
The dog has had a good run on the beach. He is shattered now.
Looking forward to a curry later. The fresh air has made me hungry.
The dog is now crashed out and snoring. He is shattered again.2 -
Blimey, close call on the roads! At least there was no damage done and hats off to your OH for successfully getting you out of it - well earned curry it seems, enjoy!

It has been a busy day today. We don't seem to have stopped at all.
We started with a walk on Perranporth Beach which was blustery to say the least.
Then we called in at St Ives.
And finally we made it to tonight's campsite which is walking distance to Lands End. We have had a walk down, done the touristy bit and bought a load of tat and yet another cornish pasty 😳
We were going to walk into the village to the pub but we have got back to the van and just can not be bothered now. We have racked up 20k steps. That sounds like enough for one day!
Settled in with a beer now, dog is asleep he is shattered again. Think it will be an early dinner and bed tonight.
We have got a smoked haddock, leek and cheese bake for dinner later. The van will smell nice in the morning 😬3 -
I love St Ives. Your dog looks so cute in his new bandanna. I can remember buying my kids Fat Willy's Surf Shack t-shirts back in the day! Another great set of photos.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)1

Aw the dog looks so cute in his little neckerchief! Dinner sounds nice, I'm sure you can air the van and if not, you'll be used to the smell by the morning anyway

Don't tell the dog, but his new neckerchief is actually a baby's bib 🤣🤣🤣
