Under £30k at long last :)

Rounding the bank balance down to the nearest pound is working again for us. I just add the stray pence to the savings account whenever I log onto online banking. We don't miss it that way but it does make a difference over the month. £6 so far this month.

Great news under £30k 🥳 I do the rounding down thing whenever any money is received in the bank or any oddments are left over. This is my Christmas pot and it usually ends up at over £600. It just shows how even small amounts add up.

    Enjoy your weekend 🍻

We have got a lovely spot for the weekend parked by the weir.

Busier than we expected here. There are a couple of other vans and some tents the other side of the car park.

We hope, rather selfishly I suppose, that it doesn't become too poplar and then the no overnight parking signs get put up 🤔

It should be a fairly low spends day today.

Breakfast and dinner will be from stores. We will probably grab a light lunch at the pub. Breakfast is scrambled eggs on toast and dinner tonight is mushroom burgers with chips, onion rings and corn on the cob.

Today we are walking down to the pub to meet up with some friends. Then we will hitch a boat ride back here with them before we walk to the pub in the other direction for a couple.

Should be a nice day. Will be nice to catch up and get back out on the river.
